Reporting party indicated that her husband left 2 days prior after an argument. He stated when he left that he needed to clear his head. He has contacted family members since he left but wont give his location. Male was entered as a missing person.

Suspect: Christopher Law,33, Espanola, NM
Suspect was stopped for driving with no registration, a traffic stop was conducted it was discovered he was driving on a revoked license with the arrest clause. When placing the suspect under arrest he ran from the Deputy. The deputy was able to apprehend the suspect and he was booked into jail with an additional charge of resisting an officer.

Victim reported sometime between May 4th 2021 around 2:30pm and today's date, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry and damaged doors and locking mechanisms. While inside the building, suspect(s) stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

On the above date Deputies responded the above address after the decedent was found in his residence not conscious but breathing. The male subject was transported for further medical care but later passed away.

Deputies were in the area attempting to locate a reckless driver. The mentioned vehicle was located stalled at the intersection. Contact was made with the driver and an odor of alcohol was detected on his breath and person. SFST’S were administered and the suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and the NM implied consent advisory was read. The suspect agreed to provide a sample of his breath with the results being .16/.16 Suspect was booked without further incident.

On Sunday, May 2nd, 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a domestic disturbance. The above suspect was found to have fled the scene just prior to deputies arrival. He was pulled over and he displayed signs of impairment. The suspect declined to submit to a chemical test. The suspect also was found to have battered a household member prior to leaving the scene. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies responded to above location as the victim stated her vehicle was broken into and her ignition was damaged. DNA swabs were taken from the scene. The suspect is outstanding.

Suspect was stopped for passing a deputy at a high rate of speed. The traffic stop culminated in the arrest of the driver for DUI. She refused to provide a breath sample.

On Thursday, April 29th, 2021, deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a hit and run crash. While en route to the location, a motorist flagged down a deputy and advised the above suspect had rammed the rear of her vehicle multiple times. Another motorist also reported that the suspect had forced them off the roadway by striking the rear of their vehicle several times.The suspect was located traveling at a high rate of speed and was unable to maintain his lane of travel. Due to the dangerous driving displayed by the suspect, a pursuit ensued. The suspect was later taken into custody without incident after his tires were deflated. The suspect admitted to consuming narcotics prior to driving. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked without incident.
