On November 27, 2020, I assisted Pojoaque Police Department on a traffic stop.
Driver admitted to consuming alcohol and Marijuana, agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment.Driver was in possession of a half full bottle of Modelo, Marijuana, glass pipes and a grinder.Implied consent Advisory was read and driver agreed to a blood draw.
Driver was arrested and booked.

On Thursday, November 26th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location for a report of a not conscious and not breathing 42 year old male. Upon arrival, deputies found the male to be deceased. Life-saving procedures were attempted but ultimately proved ineffective. OMI responded to the scene and took over the investigation. At this time, the death appears natural and no signs of foul play were noted.

On Tuesday, November 24th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between November 17th and November 28th, an unknown individual stole a firearm. It is unknown as to whether someone entered the residence unlawfully. The firearm was not entered into NCIC, as a serial number is pending. Case remains under investigation.

Sometime on November 23, 2020 between 6:30pm and 8:30pm an unknown person entered the residence through an unlocked window and gained entry into the residence. Once inside the suspect took a Apple smartwatch from inside.

Suspect shoplifted from the Pojoaque Supermarket than made an unlawful entry into a vehicle with the intent to commit a felony or theft therein. She was also in possession of suboxone.

On November 20, 2020, Deputies responded to 148 Camino Quintana in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was learned the suspect arrived to the residence intoxicated attempted to take her 18 month old child out of the residence. As the mother stopped the suspect from leaving the suspect threatened to batter the mother. It was learned the suspect had an outstanding municipal warrant out of the Santa Fe Police Department. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Kurt Van Hoffmann, 47-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11/20/20 Mr. Hoffmann violated a temporary order of protection placed against him by calling the protected person over 30 times and leaving multiple video messages. He was located and placed under arrest.
