On Monday, June 1st, 2020 deputies made contact with the above victim regarding a theft. The victim advised 85 red moss rocks were stolen from the location. Residents saw a red in color pickup truck on 05-31-2020 and two men removing the rocks from the shoulder. This case remains under investigation and suspect information is pending.

On Monday, June 1st, 2020 deputies made contact with a homeowner who advised unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into his residence between 05-28 at 10:30 pm and 05-29 at 12:00 pm. This case remains under investigation and suspect information is pending.

On Sunday, May 31st, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into their residence and two outlying sheds. Suspect(s) also gained forced entry into an RV. This case remains under investigation and suspect information is pending.

On Sunday, May 31st, 2020 deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for a report of an inmate with two active bench warrants. The subject was served with both warrants and rebooked into the jail without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Through the investigation it was learned the suspect took items from the location by entering unlawfully . The case is under investigation.

Arrested: Exavior Reyn Age: 21 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies conducted a welfare check on above male subject lying on the ground at the above location. Upon speaking with the above subject, Deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from the above subject. During the investigation, the above subject admitted he had a warrant. Subject was arrested on the warrant. During the search incident to arrest, hypodermic needles, white powdery substance (Cocaine) and a green leafy substance (marijuana) were located in a back pack. Subject was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Eddie Lovato Age: 34 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to SFADC in reference to a narcotics violation. Suspect was booked 05/30/2020 on a warrant. A body scan revealed a foreign object on the suspect who was placed in a dry cell. A purple vial with unknown residue was discovered in a milk carton from the suspects cell. The foreign object was still observed following an additional body scan. Corrections Officers conducted a strip search and discovered a black tar like substance in a clear plastic wrap. Suspect was charged and re-booked accordingly

Arrested: Erik Carrillo-Gutierrez Age: 27 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies initiated a traffic stop with Carrillo-Gutierrez after observing him operate a motor vehicle and commit a traffic violation. Upon contacting Carrillo-Gutierrez, it was found he had an active warrant issued for his arrest. Carrillo-Gutierrez was arrested and transported to jail. During the booking process, Carrillo-Gutierrez was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was charged accordingly.
