Location: Residence on Los Pinos Road (La Cienega)

Deceased: 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 7-30-20 at about 4:00pm a 36-year-old male was found deceased in his residence by family members.  The investigation revealed he committed suicide and there were no signs of foul play. 

 


2020010129 / Burglary (auto), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 7-29-20

Deputy assigned: A. Hancock

Location: Residence on El Paseo (Hyde Park area)

Stolen: RTIC Cooler and a small amount of pocket change

The victim reported someone unlawfully entered their Subaru Outback and stole a large RTIC cooler between the hours of 2:oopm and 3:30pm on 7-29-20 while the vehicle was parked in their driveway.  The suspect also damaged the rear hatch of the vehicle. 


2020010115 / Aggravated Assault / 7/28/2020

Location: 400 block of Los Pinos Road (Santa Fe, NM)

Victim: 61 year old male

Suspect: Hugo Portillo-Diaz / 22yom / Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an argument with shots being fired. During the investigation, it was learned the suspect got into an argument with the victim. The suspect drew out a handgun and fired one round towards the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.


2020010088 Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage / 7.27.2020

Victim: 31 year old female

Location: Pacheco Canyon

Suspect: Unknown

On July 27, 2020 Deputy Hernandez was flagged down by a passing motorist. The motorist stated she had parked her vehicle on the side of Pacheco Canyon to go for a short hike. The victim stated when she returned her vehicle had been broken into and 100 CD's were taken from her vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.  


2020010085/Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage, Stolen Motor Vehicle/ 7.27.2020

Location: Old Buckman / Dead Dog Well

Suspect: Unknown

Victim: New Mexico State University

Reporting party stated between 7/24/2020 and 7/27/2020 an unknown suspect(s) stole a White 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck that was bearing NM G56958 from the above area. In addition to the truck, the suspect(s) also gained access to a horse trailer by cutting a lock and stole an insecticide gun, box of trash bags, Craftsman chopsaw. Investigation is ongoing.


2020010071-Battery Against ba houshold member-Assault Against a household member-Criminal Damage to Property-07/25/2020

Deputy Assigned: J Cano

Suspect: Nelson Sandoval-Carmona (43)

Victim- 27 year old female

Deputies responded to 100 Block of Calle Tres Pinos in reference to a Domestic. Evidence showed suspect battered victim and left the scene. A warrant was drafted and approved. Suspect has not been located.


2020010059 / Warrant Arrest / 7-25-2020

Deputy Assigned: Sean Riley

Location: Paseo Rael and Camino Debra Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Stacie McQueen Age: 47  Houston, Tx

Deputies were dispatched to location reference female walking on the roadway. Contact was made with the female who was found to have an active arrest warrant. McQueen was arrested and transported to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Unknown

Victims vehicle was broken into while parked for a hike. Several items were stolen.

Victim 63 year old male

Several firearms and power tools were stolen from the victims property.

 

 

 


2020010069/Burglary, criminal damage to property, larceny/7.25.2020

Location: Little Tesuque Creek

Suspect: Unknown

Victim: 30 year old male 

Victim stated on 7/24/2020, between 6PM-8:30PM his vehicle was broken into and several items were stolen. The front, rear passenger windows were broken and his passenger rear tire was slashed with a knife.
