Damaged: window 2006 BMW-gray spray paint

Suspect: Jose Garcia(54)

Around 1426hrs, Jose was at the residence in his brown Ford F-150 pickup truck. Jose broke a garage window so he could open the overhead door. Jose pulled the BMW out of the garage while the car was in park. After the BMW was removed, Jose took the above items. Victim observed Jose with her Ring surveillance video and positively identified Jose. An arrested warrant was drafted

On 08-23-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual after it was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest. The warrants were issued out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was taken into cutstody without incident.

Suspect: Damion Numen-Roper 21 yoa   Santa Fe NM

Location: 21 Bens Court, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal police on a fight in progress. Upon arrival to the location, it was learned above suspect had charged at Pojoaque Officer David Baldridge in an irate manner. Officer Baldridge attempted to restrain him as he resisted and in the process was kicked on the right ankle and left leg. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly at ADC.

Location: State Road 599/ West Frontage

Suspect was stopped for driving into oncoming traffic, driver attempted to flee on foot and was apprehended. Driver refused field sobriety tests. He was arrested and it was discovered to be his 4th or subsequent DWI. He provided two breath samples of .27/.26. He was booked.

Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque PD with above subject on a traffic stop. Upon Deputies arrival a DWI investigation ensued. Signs of impairment were observed and was arrested. Subject breath results were .15G/210L and .13G/210L.  Subject booked at SFCADF.
