Deceased: 76 year old male
On May 21, 2020 Deputies responded to the mentioned location reference to an unconscious male not breathing. The victim was working on his residence when he suddenly collapsed. Life saving measures were attempted but were unsuccessful. There were no sigs of foul play.

Location: 300 Block of Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, May 21st 2020, deputies responded to the above area in regards to a breaking and entering. Unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into several trailers and a vehicle between 05-15 and 05-21-2020 by cutting several locks. It is unknown whether anything was stolen at this time. This case remains under investigation.

Person Arrested- 35 yo William Garrett, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above listed area regarding a male being disorderly. Above listed subject was located at which time a foot pursuit ensued. Above listed was detained a short time later and found to have a marijuana pipe on his person. Subject was taken to the Adult Detention Facility and booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- 36 yo Christian Paul, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the area regarding a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the above listed individual who attempted to conceal narcotics from deputies. Items were located and tested positive to be cocaine. Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Person Arrested- 50 yo Adrian Montoya Santa Fe
Above listed person had been arrested and booked by another agency on other charges. While incarcerated, it was found he was in possession of heroin. He was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing male. Upon arrival, life-saving procedures were administered but no signs of life were observed. OMI was summoned to the scene. Victim had an extensive medical history and no foul play is suspected in this investigation.

Charge(s): DWI, Driving wrong way, No Insurance, No registration
On May 18, 2020, Deputies stopped a black 2014 Buick Verano for traveling in the wrong direction on the Interstate 25 off ramp to State Road 599. The vehicle was stopped and the driver had signs of impairment. Driver stated she was headed home to her residence off of Agua Fria. SFST's were performed poorly. The driver consented to a blood sample. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspect(s) entered an abandoned building by removing a piece of ply wood. It is unknown at this time what is missing. Case is under investigation.

On 05/17/2020 I was dispatched to above location in regards of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.
Victim stated unknown suspect(s) entered his impound lot and broke a vehicle’s window and ignition. No suspects at this time.
