Stolen: Purse, Credit Cards and Cash

On Friday, July 17th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an automotive burglary.  Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into their vehicle and stole the above items.  Case remains under investigation.


2020009894 / Burglary / 7-17-2020

Incident Location: BTR Flea Market

Items Stolen: Leather Jacket, Turquoise Jewelry, Red Cowboy Boots

On Friday, July 17, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. The reporting party advised an unknown male subject gained unlawful entry into a canvas tent that was set up on the property. The male subject stole the above listed items. Signs of forced entry were observed on the perimeter fencing. This case remains under investigation.  

 


2020-009874 Battery against a household member 7/16/2020

Suspects: Tina Martinez / Age: 35

Charge(s): Battery against a household member

On July 16, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. When Deputies arrived it was learned the above suspect struck the victim multiple times in the face causing the victims nose and mouth to bleed. The suspect was then shoved to the floor and sustained an injury to her head. The witness on scene stated he heard the suspect striking the victim from across the hallway. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC


2020009864/Aggravated DUI/7/15/2020

Suspect Sam Leyba 51 Santa Fe NM

 

deputies were dipatched to the area of 59 CR 84 in reference to a single vehicle collision.

 

Upon my arrival it was learned the driver had fled the scene. Deputies located the suspect in the arroyo to the west of this location. The suspect admitted to having a few Yukon Jacks eariler in the day. He was unable to conduct SFSTs.

 

He submitted to a breath test where he blew .20, .20.

 

He was charged accordingly and booked into ADC.


2020-009839 Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon 7/15/2020

Location: 48A Camino Bajo, Santa Fe, NM 87508

Suspects: Michael Sena / Age: 69

Charge(s): Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

On July 15, 2020, Deputies responded to 48A Camino Bajo, Santa Fe, NM in regards to a domestic dispute. During the course of the investigation it was determined that the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife and was aggressively waving and closing distance on the victim. The victim grabbed a wooden kitchen chair for protection. As the suspect closed distance the victim struck the suspect in the face with the chair leg in self-defense, causing a small laceration to the suspects face. The suspect was arrested for aggravated assault against a household member. The suspect was transported and booked into ADC.


2020009835-Aggravated Fleeing-Aggravated DWI-Open Container-07/14/2020

Deputy Assigned: G. Nieto

Suspect: Camille Roybal (29)

 Deputies were dispatched to Sawmill and St. Francis in reference to an assist other department call.  The call originally was dispatched to the area of Rabbit Road where the suspect was driving east bound on the west bound side of the road.  Deputies  made contact with the driver of the vehicle and the driver fled onto I-25 Southbound. The suspects drivers side front tire popped and came to a stop on I-25 MM 282. The suspect could not perform SFST's. Tests were stopped for the their safety. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly. Suspect blew a .34 and .34.

Location: 2500 Block of Lopez Lane, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: $1200 Cash, 3 Diamond Heart Wedding Rings, 9mm Handgun (Unknown Make/Model)

On Sunday, July 12th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary.  The homeowner advised an unknown male gained unlawful entry into his residence and stole the above mentioned items.  No signs of forced entry were located.  This case remains under investigation.


2020009784 / Robbery / 7/11/2020

Deputy Assigned: Deputy A. Hancock

Location: 168 mile marker US 84/285 (Tesuque Pueblo)

Suspect: Juan (Unknown)

Victim: 48 year old female (Santa Fe, NM)

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a robbery. During the investigation, it was learned that the victim gave the suspect a ride. The suspect forced the victim out of the vehicle and hit the victim in the face. The suspect left the area in the victim's vehicle. Deputies were able to locate  the vehicle and a pursuit ensued. Suspect is still at large at this time.  


2020009763-Burglary-Larceny-07/10/20

Location: 2515 Camino Entrada

Victim: 30 year old female

Deputies were dispatched the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim stated between 1:00pm and 3:00pm an unknown person got into her vehicle and took a gym bag. No suspects t this time.

Stolen: Pottery, Orange Lion Glass Art, Glass Wall Art Pieces, 12 jewelry bags containing jewelry

On Friday, July 10th, 2020, deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary.  The investigation found unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the property between 6:00 pm on 07-09 and 07:49 am on 07-10.  Once inside the property, suspect(s) stole the above mentioned items.  This case remains under investigation.
