Arrested: John Mansfield Age 55 Edgewood, NM
Deputies were dispatched to location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arriving it was learned the suspect had been evicted from the property and unlawfully entered the home. The suspect was found inside the home and was arrested and transported to jail.

Suspect: Halbert Martinez / 29yom / Espanola, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a neighbor dispute. During the investigation, the suspect pulled a substance from his pocket. Deputies gathered the substance and determined it was a possible narcotic. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Gerald Dixon / 35yof / Espanola, NM
Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. Once Deputy made contact, signs of impairment were observed. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Nathan Adams / 48yom / Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. During the investigation, it was determined the suspect got his vehicle stuck and appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On July 3, 2020, Deputies responded to the State Road 14 mile post 34 in regards to a single motor vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation the driver/suspect appeared to be impaired. SFST’s were conducted and performed poorly. The driver/suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. During the breath test the driver/suspect would not follow instructions therefore no test was submitted. The driver/suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.

Location: Interstate 25, mile post 296
On 7-2-20 at approximately 2:22am a semi truck driver was headed southbound on I-25 near mile post 296 when a southbound vehicle shot several times in the direction of the passing semi. The semi driver stated he could see the muzzle flash and hear the gunshots. The semi was not struck. The semi driver could only give a description of a 4 door car, nothing further.

On July 2, 2020, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and made contact with correction staff. Correction staff informed Deputies that the suspect was found to have suboxone in his possession while incarcerated in the detention facility. Suspect was re-booked on the new charges.

Suspects: Maxwell Palmer / Age: 29
Charge(s): Driving while license revoked, Roadways laned for traffic, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine
On July 2, 2020, Santa Fe Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on State Road 14 on a blue Toyota pick-up truck that could not maintain its lane of travel. The SFPD officer ran the driver/suspect, which revealed the driver was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked. Deputies were summoned to the location to take over the investigation. Deputies placed the driver/suspect under arrest for the driving on a revoked license. During a inventory of the vehicle prior to it being towed, cocaine was located inside the vehicle. The driver/suspect was transported and booked into ADC.

Charges: Aggravated battery, Conspiracy
On 6/30/20, Deputies responded to 18 Eagle Peak and made contact with the victim. The victim reported that he was battered by his brother-in-law and unidentified male individuals at the trail head located off of Richards Ave. and Avenida Del Sur. The victim sustained major injuries to his face and head and was transported to Presbyterian Hospital for medical treatment. A warrant was drafted for the suspects arrest for aggravated battery and conspiracy and signed by a magistrate judge.
