Deputies were dispatched to a possible MVA. Upon arrival the driver was attempting to chanage his tire after hitting the curbed. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He provided a breath sample and had a BrAC of over the legal limit of .08. He was charged and booked into ADC.

Deputies responded to the location reference a female passed out behind the steering wheel of the vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with Quintana who displayed signs of impairment. Quintana refused to submit to sobriety testing but did comply with chemical testing. Her results were .21, .20. Quintana was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Facility.

Deputies responded to this location in reference to an after the fact domestic dispute. Upon arriving, Deputies learned the suspect battered his step son, "Teaching him a lesson". A criminal summons was drafted for the suspect.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a male pointing a gun. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned victim and suspect got into a dispute which turned physical. During the dispute, suspect retrieved a firearm from his waistband and pointed it at the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
