Deputies conducted a check of a license plate while on routine patrol. Deputies observed the registered owner of the vehicle had a revoked license for a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole her E-bike while she slept. The suspect(s) cut a lock the bike was secured with and took it during the nightime hours. Bicycle is gray and black in color 2025 Pivot Shuttle SL Team XTR. Case is under investigation.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle after observing an infraction. After identifying the driver, Deputy learned Mr. Flores had an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear for court on traffic violations. Mr. Flores was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies contacted Mr. Vigil while during a traffic stop. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Stolen: $2329.10 / Personal Information
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a fraud. It was discovered between August 1st and 26th, the unidentified suspect hacked into the victim's credit card account, changed the contact information, and was able to generate a transaction in the amount stated above.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny. The victim reported building materials had been stolen from his property over the course of two months. Case is pending further investigation.

Contact was made with the subject, who was discovered to have an active bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

A deputy observed a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed on Cerrillos Rd. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DUI, and then refused to provide a breath sample. He was later booked into the SF ADC.

Location- US 84/285 @ MM 186
Deputies were dispatched to US 84/285 to assist a Rio Arriba County deputy on a traffic stop with a possible drunk driver. Upon contact with the driver, she displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She was transported to the SFSO where she provided a breath sample that was at or above a .16. She was later booked at the SF ADC.
