Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and identified the driver as having their driving privleges revoked due to a prior DWI arrest. Driver also failed to provide registration when requested. Driver was placed under arrest, charged and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle after it struck a center median. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs were conducted, and further signs of impairment were observed; the driver was then placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test resulting .24/.26 and was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving recklessly and failing to maintain its lane of traffic. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and SFSTs were conducted where further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting in .08/.08. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

WHILE PATROLLING DEPUTIES OBSERVED VEHICLE DRIVING RECKLESSLY. DEPUTIES CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS FOUND TO BE REVOKED AND UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. DRIVER WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND BOOKED INTO SFADF WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had two active warrants for her arrest, one out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for failure to appear on a no-insurance charge. The second warrant was out of Municipal Court for failure to appear on stop lamps, signal lamps, and no registration charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.
