After performing a traffic stop with a vehicle for a traffic infraction, Deputies discovered the driver had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and booked in to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
Case #2025003685 Unattended Death

Decedent: 52 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an assistance with ambulance. Deputies were advised a 52 year old male at the location was not conscious and not breathing. Life saving measures were attempted, but unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was contacted about the incident. No signs of foul play were observed.

Victim reported her family member took her vehicle without her permission. Her keys were obtained by suspect who unlawfully entered her house and took her keys without permission. Vehicle is outstanding. Charges will be filed.

Deputies were called for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival subject was observed walking with a rifle while under the influence. While on scene, deputies learned subject damaged windows and doors. Subject was taken into custody and booked accordingly at SFCADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on subject and learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Subject was taken into custody and booked accordingly at SFCADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a domestic disturbance. After the investigation, it was learned that the subject had battered his wife. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had a confirmed warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on charges of no registration and no insurance. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Fabiola Archuleta, 31 YOA female, Albuquerque
Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to a battery. Deputies were advised an inmate spat on a Corrections Officer during a strip search. The inmate was rebooked into ADF accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an assisting ambulance. Deputies arrived on scene and located the decedent, who was beyond medical help. Deputies contacted the Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI). No signs of foul play were observed.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation, and found to have an active warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was taken to SFADC and booked without incident.
