Stolen: Miscellaneous Construction Tools
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. On scene, it was learned unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful access to the property and stole over $2,500 worth of construction tools and equipment. This occurred within the past month. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2025007213/ Warrant Arrest/ 12/13/25
Assigned- Deputy M. Olivas
Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Arrested- Chris Lievens (38 years old/ Santa Fe)
Location- Siler/ Cerrillos
Deputies observed Chris walking down Cerrillos and knew him to have an outstanding warrant. He was contacted and arrested. He was in the process of eating a meal, so deputies let him finish the meal. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2025007209 Possession of a controlled substance, Driving while license revokes, No insurance, Warrant

Location: North Riverside Drive/Las Vegas Road, Santa Fe County
Arrested: Nichole Adams, 53 YOA female, Espanola
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the registered owner having a warrant. The driver was also found to have narcotics in her possession. The driver was arrested for the warrant and narcotics. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Arrested- Geoffrey Crumm (53 year old male/ San Jose, NM)
Location- Puesta Del Sol/ Old Pecos Trail
Geoffrey Crumm was contacted by deputies after he crashed through a gate. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the hospital where he provided a blood sample. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2025007195/ Aggravated DUI/ 12/11/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Arrested- Rigoberto Ordonez Mejia (24 year old/ Edgewood)
Location- Paseo Del Sol/ Entrada De Milagro
Rigoberto was contacted during a traffic stop and displayed signs of impairment. He was arrestef for DUI and refused to provide a breath sample. He was later booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Emilia Lovato (43 year old female/ Espanola)
Location- NM 106/ NM 76
Deputies contacted Emilia after she was seen jay walking. She was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant and she was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location: Finleys Road
Arrested: Noel Romero (41 YO)
Deputies responded to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect had an altercation with a 16-year-old. Suspect also had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to pay fines on a traffic violation.

Arrested: Gylvonna Najera (28 YO)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop and found the driver to have an active arrest warrant. Warrant was for contempt of court on the original charge of failure to pay fines for traffic violations.

Arrested: Zachary Gollehon (27 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe Ski Basin in reference to a male who was being disorderly, and left the property possibly intoxicated. The vehicle was located coming down the mountain and a traffic stop was initiated. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested, then refused chemical testing.

Deceased: Jerry Borshard (82 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a male who was not conscious or breathing. Deputies and medics arrived on scene and observed no signs of life. There were no signs of foul play. Next of kin was notified.
