Subject was stopped for a pedestrian violation and identified. During this time it was found he had an open court arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deady Weapon issued by the Santa Fe Magistrate Court via SFPD. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a 911 hang up call at the location. Upon arrival, deputies were advised the suspect battered the victim, a household member, during an argument. The suspect was transported to a hospital for unrelated issues. A summons was issued for the suspect.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) damaged a gate to gain access to the property. Once inside the property the suspect(s) stole several garage doors that had not been installed. There is no suspect information at this time.

Location: 100 Block Arroyo Hondo, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival deputies were advised the decedent called in reference to breathing troubles. Medics arrived, but were unable to resuscitate the decedent. The Office of the Medical Investigator arrived on scene to complete an investigation. No foul play was suspected.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, the driver was observed passed out behind the wheel. Driver admitted using drugs before driving. Performance on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were poor. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail. During the booking process, Suspected narcotics were located on her person. She was charged accordingly.

SUBJECT WAS STOPPED FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION, AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN ACTIVE WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST OUT OF THE SANTA FE MUNICIPAL COURT FOR FTA REF NO DRIVERS LICENSE AND FAILING TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT.
