Location: Camel Rock Road, Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Manuel Caudillo, 37 YOM

On Monday, December 1, 2025, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Tribal Police Department with a non-native. Deputies arrived on scene and learned officers had conducted a traffic stop on the above driver. The driver was found to have a revoked driver's license, due to a previous DWI. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: 12 Camel Rock Road

Arrested: Manuel Caudillo, 37 YOA male, Alcalde

Deputies responded to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Facility.


Case #2025006976 Burglary of a motor vehicle

Deputy Assigned: B. Baca

Location: 2100 Block Camino Polvoso, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a vehicle burglary. Deputies were advised three unknown suspects broke into the victim’s vehicle and took tools from within. No suspect information at this time.


2025006988 / Unattended Death / 12-1-25

Assigned: J. Broyles

Entering: Cpl. Hernandez

Location: Five Jays Ln

Deceased: 74 Year Old Male 

Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports of a male not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival obvious signs of death were observed, during the investigation deputies did not notice anything suspicious. Foul play is not suspected; the case is under investigation.


Case #2025006976/Burglary of a Motor Vehicle/11-30-2025

Location: 2000 Block of Camino Polvoso, Agua Fria Village

Stolen: Snap On Tool Set ($800)

Suspects: Unknown

On Sunday, November 30, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into their vehicle. Two male suspects then fled the area in a blue/white older sedan. This case remains under investigation.


Case #2025006950/Burglary/11-28-2025

Location: Colina Way, Eldorado, NM

Stolen: Firearms, chainsaw, and other items valued at over $10,000

Suspects: Unknown

On Friday, November 28, 2025, deputies responded to the above area for a report of an after the fact burglary. On scene, it was learned two storage units were burglarized and the above contents were stolen. This case remains under investigation. 


Case #2025006938 // DUI, Traffic Violation - 11/27/2025

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway

Arrested: Justin Valdez (32 YO)

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for passing in a no passing zone. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. He consented to chemical testing and blew 0.08/0.09. He was arrested and charged accordingly. 


Case #2025006937 // Child Abuse/Endangerment (x4) - 11/27/2025

Location: E Pine

Suspect: Olivia Mood (28 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a 2yo child found in the roadway with no shoes or pants on. Deputies arrived on scene and found a total of 4 children, ages 2 to 9, alone at a residence. Deputies went inside the home and found it to be extremely smokey due to the stove and oven being on, and food being cooked with no adult supervision. Children were evaluated by medics and found to be ok. The mother was arrested. 


Case:2025006930 Agg. DWI, Reckless Driving

Assigned: M. Ward 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Agua Fria St./ Camino Alire (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Ra'Sean Spearman 25 yoa male Santa Fe

The subject was observed traveling at 60 MPH  east on Agua Fria in the wrong lane of travel. Deputies observed a vehicle have to swerve into opposite lanes to avoid a head-on collision with the suspect's vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was heavily intoxicated. SFSTs revealed signs of impairment, and the suspect was subsequently arrested. He submitted to a breath test, which revealed a .19.17 BrAC. He was booked into SFADC without incident. 


Case #2025006922 // Warrant Service - 11/26/2025

Location: Archies Lane

Arrested: James Towles (72 YO)

Deputies went to a residence due to the male having an active arrest warrant for possession of visual medium of sexual exploitation (child under 13). Male was located and taken to the detention facility on the warrant.
