Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Deputies conducted SFSTs on the driver, and further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting in .14/.14. The subject was booked into Satna Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject was identified and had an active arrest warrant for aggravated assault on HHM and larceny charges. The subject was arrested on the warrant and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Victim advised her family's information was compromsied and changes were made on her health reimbursement account. The suspect(s) accessed the account and received reimbursements for doctor visits they did not attend. Victim has since worked with the company to fix the issue. There is no suspect information at this time.

Suspect- Jerod Garbiso (47 year old male/ Edgewood)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to a victim and learned her ex-boyfriend had broken into her residence and battered her with a weapon. The suspect fled prior to law enforcement arrival. The victim was evaluated by medical personnel and transported to the hospital. A warrant for the suspect is pending.

Location- Agua Fria/ St. Francis
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to a traffic infraction. While contacting the occupants, the passenger disclosed that she had a warrant. The warrant was confirmed and she was arrested. She was then taken to ADC where she was booked.

Location- Thompson Rd (Edgewood)
Deputies and rescue personnel were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. Upon arrival, life saving measures were taken to revive the unresponsive subject. However, these efforts were futile and the subject was pronounced deceased. No foul play was observed, and OMI was called to the scene to investigate.

Arrested: Galen Bran, 45 YOM
Deputies responded to location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival, deputies located Galen who was outside the residence. Galen appeared highly intoxicated and was reluctant to cooperate. After confirming Galen resided at the residence, deputies were making their way out of the property but continued to be antagonized by Galen. Neighbors outside also heard the profanity and shouting from Galen which upset them. Galen was ultimately placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
