Location: St. Michaels Dr. / Pacheco St. 

Arrested: Maynor Ramos-Tista, 33 YOM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for no insurance. Upon contact with the driver, it was learned that the driver had a revoked driver's license for a previous DUI. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
 


Case #2025004771/ Warrant Arrest/ 8/15/25

Assigned- Deputy R. Blea

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Carl Bush (43 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Cerrillos/ Zafarano (Santa Fe)

Carl was recognized from prior contacts and was run for warrants. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was contacted by Deputy Blea. Carl was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.


Case #2025004772/ Warrant Arrest/ 8/15/25

Arrested- James Wadsworth (35 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Interstate 25 Frontage Rd

James was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Diego Brusuelas (42 year old male/ Chama)

Location- Calle De Commercio/ Industrial Rd

Diego was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at SF ADC.

Arrested- Joaquin Perea (45 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Agua Fria St (Santa Fe)

Joaquin was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at ADC.


2025004777 / Violation of TRO / 08-15-2025

Assigned: Deputy D. Rodriguez

Entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: Old Santa Fe Trl Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested:  Arior Adams 34 YOM

Deputy responded to location after receiving a report that a male was at the location and was not supposed to be due to having a restraining order in place. Deputy located the subject on the property and placed him under arrest. He was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident. 


2025004775 / Unattended death / 08-15-2025

Assigned: Deputy J. Soriano

Entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: Agua Fria St. Santa Fe, NM 

Decedent: 78 YOM

Deputy responded to location after reporting person stated they found their friend deceased. Paramedics also arrived on scene and determined the decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected. 


Case #2025004767/68/ Warrant Arrest x2/ 8/15/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Isaac Montoya (61 year old male/ Espanola)

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)

Isaac was contacted by Deputies during a traffic stop. He was found to have two outstanding warrants and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.


Case# 2025004752 - Driving While license revoked 122G - 8/14/25

Assigned: J. Barron

Entering: Sgt. V. Baca

Location: Aubrey Lane/Loma Vista 

Arrested: Charles Diaz 46 YOM

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival contact was made with the owner of the damaged vehicle, who alleged his vehicle was taken unlawfully and crashed. Upon identification of the owner it was discovered he had a revoked drivers license and drove to the scene. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility, where he was booked accordingly.


Case #2025004742/ Unattended Death/ 8/13/25

Assigned- Deputy B. Molloy

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- US 84/285 (Espanola)

Decedent- 55 year old female/ Espanola

Deputies and medical personnel were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest call. Medical personnel attempted lifesaving procedures but were unable to revive her. OMI was dispatched to the scene. Nothing suspicious was observed and there were no signs of foul play. The decedent had a history of medical issues that is believed to be the cause of her death.
