Arrested- Jaya Shweder (29 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Arrested- Jose Gallegos (44 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Avenida De Las Campanas (Santa Fe)

Deputies observed suspicious subjects near the wall of a residence. They were contacted and identified as Jaya Shweder and Jose Gallegos. Jaya was found to have an outstanding warrant, and Jose was found to have three outstanding warrants. They were arrested on the warrants. During the search of Jaya, narcotics were located. They were both transpored to ADC and booked.

Case #2025001994 / Warrant Arrest/ 4/6/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Jerome Jaramillo (32 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Cerrillos Rd (Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for an infraction. Deputies contacted the driver and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked at ADC.

Case #2025001983 / Unattended Death / 4/5/25

Assigned- Deputy B. Molloy

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Ellis Ranch Rd

Deceased- 73 year old male/ Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an unattended death. Medical personnel were already on scene and had ceased life-saving measures. Upon speaking with the wife of the decedent, deputies learned of a lengthly medical history. No signs of foul play were observed, and OMI was called to the scene.

Arrested- David Trinidad (37 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- N Riverside Dr

David was contacted by deputies, who recognised him from previous contacts, and was run for warrants. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. David was later booked at ADC.

Case #2025001985/2025001986 /  Warrant Service/ 4/5/25

Assigned- Deputy R. Blea

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Emilio Lujan-Delafuente (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)

Deputies were flagged down by a female and contacted two individuals. During the contact, a male subject was found to have two outstanding warrants. He was arrested on the warrants and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Ricardo Hernandez (28 YO)

Contact was made with a subject whose vehicle had broken down. Subject was identified and found to have a warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations. Subject was arrested on the warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person. Contact was made and individuals were identified. The subject above was found to have an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines on the original charge of shoplifting and was arrested.

Arrested: Gabriella Olivas 28 YOF

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active arrest warrant for a probation violation. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident. 

Case 2025001975/ Warrant service/ 4-5-25

Location: N Riverside Dr/ NM-76

Arrested: Eric Mendez, 18 YOM

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear on no seat belt and no driver's license charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC. 

Case 2025001974/DUI, driving while license revoked, careless driving/ 4-4-25

Assigned: Deputy J. Watson

Entering: Cpl Talamante

Location: 3000-BLK Agua Fria St, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Jairo Miche- Lopez 37 YOM

Deputies stopped a motor vehicle for careless driving. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs were administered, and the driver showed further signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver submitted to a breath test, which resulted in .10/.10. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
