Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports a male may have passed away. Family checked on him this morning and discovered he was not conscious or breathing. It was determined the decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.

Deputies made contact with the subject while responding to a disorderly call for service. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Espinola Municipal Court for failure to appear on shoplifting charges. The subject resisted deputies as they were detaining him. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC on the warrant and a new charge of resisting.

Deputy responded to location after receiving a report of a female parked in the parking lot sitting in her vehicle after requests to leave the property. Upon arrival and positive identification of subject, it was learned she had an active warrant for her arrest for failing to appear in court on original charges of DUI, Possession of a controlled substance, No insurance, No registration. She was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and showed signs that he had consumed alcohol. SFST's were conducted and he showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which showed he was a .10,.10. The legal limit for persons under 21 is .02. He was booked into SFADC.

The subject was also operating a motor vehicle without a required ignition interlock device. SFSTs were conducted, and the driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

The driver submitted to a breath test, resulting in a .16/.17. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

She was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
