Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance. Prior to Deptuies arriving on scene, Mr. Arellano fled the scene. After completeing an investigation, it was determined Mr. Arellano did commit the above listed crimes. A summons was issued.

Arrested: Luis Lopez-Ruvalcaba, 20YOM
Deputies conducted a welfare check after observing a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway and several individuals standing around it. Upon investigation, the subject was determined to be the driver of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment. SFSTs were conducted, and further signs of impairment were observed. The subject submitted to a breath test, resulting in .14/.14. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Victoria Maestas 39 YOF
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle for not having a license plate. Driver was identified and confirmed to have an active warrant for her arrest for failing to appear for original charges of No proof of insurance and failure to register her vehicle. She was booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a suspicious call for service. The subject had two active warrants for her arrest out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear on charges of trespassing and unsafe median use. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on charges of forgery, $2,500 or less, and fraud over $500. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Location- Camino Vista Aurora/ Rufina St
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for nearly striking a parked vehicle. Upon speaking with the driver, he was displaying signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DUI, and agreed to provide a breath sample at the Sheriff's Office. The results of that sample were at or above a .16 BAC. The driver was later booked at the SF ADC for Aggravated DUI.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the registration coming back suspended for no insurance, and the plate not matching the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver who was not able to produce valid updated paperwork for the vehicle, and it was found the driver had a revoked license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested.
