Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a stalled vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the vehicle was stolen earlier in the day from the State Pen, where the suspect had trespassed. Suspect was found sleeping in the back of the vehicle, and was arrested and charged accordingly.

Arrested: David Baker 47 yoa male (Santa Fe)
RECC received a call in reference to a male who was possibly doing drugs near the parking lot. Contact was made with the male. He was found to have 7 active arrest warrants issued for his arrest. The warrrants were issued by Santa Fe Magistrate, First Judicial District, and Santa Fe Municipal Courts for failing to appear and failing to pay fines. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident after a medical clearance.

Arrested: Sanford Fahie (50 yoa male Santa Fe)
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.
Case #2024005119 / Aggravated Battery on a Household Member / 9/27/24

Location- Camino Vista Aurora
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute. After investigating the incident, the primary agressor was placed under arrest. After being cleared by the hospital he was taked to ADC and booked.
Case #2024005100/ Aggravated DWI / 9/27/24

Arrested- Honey Yohalem (44 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Location- N Guadalupe St
Deputies observed a vehicle driving with no headlights and conducted a traffic stop. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. She provided a breath sample at the SFSO, and the results were greater than a .16 BAC. She was later booked at ADC.
Case #2024005098/ Larceny & Criminal Damage/ 9/26/24

Deputies were dispatched in reference to a larceny in progress. The caller reported catching someone in the act of cutting off the catalytic converter off of the caller's vehicle. After stealing the catalytic converter, the suspect fled in a vehicle that was waiting nearby. The caller was unable to obtain a description of the suspect or suspect vehicle.

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, Santa Fe, NM
Re-Booked: Christopher Salgado, 42YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival, deputies learned that Detention Officers conducted a cell search and discovered the above subject had a tar-like substance consistent with heroin in his shirt pocket. The subject was re-booked on the above charges.
Case #2024005075 Auto Burglary 09-26-24

Location: Bishops Lodge Road/ White Boulder Road (Tesuque)
Victim(s) reported at about midnight, they were near the creek listening to the water run, when a vehicle stopped near where their vehicle was parked. They observed someone enter their vehicle and stole a purse. The victims gave chase and as they were following the suspect's vehicle, someone fired shots up in the air. The victim's then met with Sheriff's Deputies to report the incident. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Tan Mountain Bike (Value $6,000.00) Damaged: Bike lock and Cable ($30.00)
Deputies made contact with the victim, who stated that his mountain bike had been stolen at the above location. During the course of the theft, the suspect(s) broke a bike cable and lock that were securing the bicycle.
