Deputies made contact with subject while on a traffic stop. Subject had an outstanding warrant for a previous DWI. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Adam Ramirez 42YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist the Pojoaque Police on a traffic stop. PPD advised that the driver was possibly intoxicated and a Non- tribal member. Deputies arrived on scene, made contact with the driver, and conducted SFSTs where signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above individual who was found to have an active warrant for failure to appear.
2025002612 / Larceny, Criminal damage to property / 05-5-2025

Location: Entrada El Rancho Santa Fe, NM (Jacona)
Deputy responded to location and learned unknown suspect(s) cut fencing on site to gain access onto the property. Once inside, they stole an Airman Generator. Case is under investigation.
Case #2025002609 / Driving while license revoked / 5/5/25

Arrested- Dylan Harvey (32 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were parked at the Wal-Mart on Cerrillos, when they observed a vehicle pull up in front of them. The driver exited the vehicle, and deputies recognized the driver, and knew he had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. Deputies contacted the male, and verified that his driver's license was revoked. He was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested- Joseph Archuleta (58 year old male/ Espanola)
Deputies conducted a traffic stop due to a driving infraction. The driver was found to have a revoked driver's license from a previous DUI. The driver was arrested and booked at ADC.

Summonsed- Omar Maruffo (34 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque PD, who was on a traffic stop with a non-Native driver. The driver was concealing his identity to the Tesuque PD officer. SFSO deputies were able to identify the male, who had a revoked driver's license. He was arrested, but was transported to the hospital where he was admitted. A summons will be issued for Mr. Maruffo.

Arrested- Stacey Ulibarri (34 year old female/OHKAY OWINGEH)
Deputies contacted two individuals while they were walking on a street. One of the individuals was concealing her identity, due to her having an outstanding warrant. Eventually, she was identified and arrested. Following completion of paperwork she was booked at ADC.

Arrested: Nolan Rosemond 39 yoa male
Subject was stopped for speeding, and found to be operating the vehicle while under the influence. He was arrested and upon being searched, he was found in possession of Ketamine. He was booked into SFADC without incident.
