Location: Cerrillos Road/Las Soleras Drive, Santa Fe
Arrested: Arturo Ojeda, 56 YOA male, Albuquerque
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Deputies contacted the driver and discovered his license was revoked due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
Case# 2025002766 / Possession of a Controlled Substance / Warrant Service / 5-11-25

Location: Via Del Sol, Santa Fe NM
Arrested: Jeremiah Sustaita (26 YOA)
Deputies conducted a warrant service at the location and made contact with the subject who was known to have an active bench warrant. During the course of the arrest the subject was found in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was booked at SFADC without further incident.

Arrested- Gilbert Romero (43 year old male/ Espanola)
A deputy was on patrol on US 84/285 and recognized Mr. Romero from a previous contact. The deputy ran Romero for warrants and he returned with an active warrant. The deputy contacted Romero and he was arrested on the warrant. He was later booked at ADC.

Arrested: Julian Jungers Male Santa Fe 24
Subject was observed driving northbound in the southbound lanes of travel by SFSO Sgt. Webb. Other vehicles were flashing bright lights to warn oncoming traffic. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was unaware that he was even in the wrong lane. The driver showed signs of impairment, He then refused all SFST and chemical testing. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Decedent- 66 year old female/ Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. Upon arrival, Santa Fe County Fire personnel advised it was an apparent death, and life saving measures were not taken. Nothing suspicious was observed by deputies, and OMI was called to the scene to investigate.

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)
Deputies contacted Mr. Martinez while on a suspicious subject call. Mr. Martinez was run for warrants through NCIC, and returned with one outstanding warrant. He was arrested and later booked at ADC.
Case 2025002745/Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/ 5-09-2025

Location: Canada Village Rd
Vehicle: white 1991 Nissan Pick-up truck /Dove sticker on the back window and "real men love Jesus" sticker on the sides of the vehicle.
The owner of the motor vehicle reported that the vehicle was taken while they were briefly visiting the location. The owner advised that they saw the vehicle leaving the location but did not have any suspect information. The area was checked, and the vehicle was not located. No further information available at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to a disorderly call. Contact was made with the male who was identified and found to have a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation. Subject was arrested.

Arrested: Santana Vigil, 22 YOF
Deputies contacted the subject after being dispatched to a fight at the location. The subject had two active warrants for her arrest. The warrants were for failure to appear on charges of aggravated battery on a peace officer, receiving and transferring stolen vehicles, and a revoked license. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
