2025002454 Driving while license revoked 04-28-25

Location: Siler Road/ Rufina St. 

Arrested: Richard Cordova 44 yoa male Lamy NM 

Subject was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving while his privilege is revoked due to a prior DWI. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Location: Lower San Pedro Road (Espanola)

Arrested: Rudy Vialpando 67 yoa male 

Subject was identified during a traffic stop and was confirmed to have two warrants out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court signed by Judge D. Sena.
Subject`s original charges; Failure to pay fines and costs for no DL & stopping or parking in prohibited places. Second warrant is FTA for no driver's license.


Case #2025002453 / Battery on a Household Member

Assigned- Deputy D. Hernandez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Celina War (31 year old female/ Espanola)

Location- El Sitio Rd (Espanola)

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the victim who had been battered by his girlfriend. Deputies contacted the girlfriend, Celina War, and interviewed her. Following the interview, it was determined that she was the primary aggressor and she was placed under arrest. She was later booked at ADC.


Case #2025002455/ Driving while license revoked/ 4/28/2025

Arrested- Pedro Antonio Baltier-Ordonez (51 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Airport Rd/ Geo Ln

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered that he had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. The driver was arrested and booked at ADC.


Case #2025002446 // Receiving/Transferring Stolen MV, Careless Driving, Traffic Violations - 4/28/2025

Location: Interstate 25 

Arrested: Christopher Sidler (35 YO)

Deputies responded to a vehicle crash. Upon making contact with the drivers/vehicles, it was discovered one of the vehicles involved was reported stolen earlier in the morning. The driver of the stolen vehicle was cited for the crash, along with other traffic violations. He was taken to the detention center and booked accordingly.

STOLEN: 2016 White Ford F150, New Mexico Plate BKFL19

Deputies responded to the address in reference to a truck that had been stolen from the residence. Vehicle was taken sometime between 4/23-4/28. Case is under investigation.

Location: Airport Rd, Santa Fe NM 

Arrested: Jonathan Rincon 38 YOA 

A traffic stop was conducted by Deputy Villicana, contact was made with the driver who had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. The driver was taken in custody and booked at Santa Fe ADC. 


Case #2024002439 / Warrant Arrest/ 4/27/25

Arrested- Ben Ortiz (61 year old male/ Dixon, NM)

Location- N Riverside Dr/ La Joya St

Deputies contacted Mr. Ortiz while on a suspicious vehicle call. Mr Ortiz was found to have an active arrest warrant on which he was arrested. He was later booked at ADC.


Case #2025002435 Driving while license revoked, Speeding

Location: US 84/285 Mile Marker 173

Arrested: Edson Lira, 26 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. Deputies were advised the driver of the vehicle was non Native-American and had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. Deputies arrived on scene and confirmed the driver was driving on a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
