Arrested: Mauricio Hernandez-Trujillo, 24 YOA male, Somerton AZ
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a motor vehicle collision. Deputies arrived on scene and were advised the suspect had left the scene. Deputies located the male a short distance away. Deputies observed signs of impairment and placed the driver under arrest. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Arrested: Adal Mendoza ( 37 YOA)
Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction, during the course of the traffic stop the driver was found in possession of a stolen firearm. The driver was placed under arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location- Zafarano Dr
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a driving infraction. During contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested. The driver refused to provide a breath sample and he was booked at ADC.

Arrested- Edgar Mendoza Chavez (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle due to a traffic infraction. Upon contact with the driver, deputies observed the driver exibiting signs of impairment. The driver was arrested for DUI and later provided a breath sample that was more than twice the legal limit. He was later booked at ADC.
Case #2025002424/ Warrant Arrest/ 4/27/25

Arrested- Robert George (40 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Siler Rd/ Industrial Rd
Deputies contacted Mr. George for a traffic infraction while riding his bicycle. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was placed under arrest. He was later booked at ADC.
Case #2025002418 // DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane - 4/26/2025

Arrested: Nicholas Reilly (38 YO)
Traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle for failure to maintain lane. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. DUI investigation was conducted and driver was arrested. Driver consented to chemical testing which resulted in 0.29/0.30 BrAC.
Case# 2025002407 / Driving while license Revoked, Careless Driving / 2-26-25

Arrested: Christina Cordova (46 YOA)
Deputy Blakely witnessed the suspect driving in a careless manner and conducted a traffic stop. During the course of the traffic stop it was discovered the suspect had a revoked driver’s license. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
Case# 2025002406 / Unattended Death / 2-26-25

Deceased: Female 44 YOA
Deputies responded to the location in reference to an ambulance assist call for service. Upon arrival lifesaving procures were conducted by EMS and Deputies. The lifesaving procedures were unsuccessful and the Office of the Medical Investigator was notified, no foul play is suspected.
Case #2025002402/ Unattended Death/ 4/25/2025

Location- Tres Hermanas Rd
Deceased- 50 year old male/ Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. EMS attempted to revive the decedent but were unable to. No obvious signs of foul play were observed and the decedent had recently had an invasive surgery. OMI investigator believed the death to be due to the decedent's recent medical history. No further information is available at this time.
Case 2025002401/ DUI, Tail lamps required/ 4-26-25

Arrested: Ryan Salazar, 50 YOM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle and contacted the driver. Deputies learned his driving privileges were revoked due to a DUI-related incident. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe ADC.
