0218002247-Battery Against a Household Member-02/11/18

Suspect: Jesus Rodeles-Castillo(29)
Victim: 29 Year Old Female
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect fled the scene in his Buick SUV. The suspect was later located by Deputies and detained pending further investigation. Upon further investigation at the scene it was also learned the suspect battered the victim during an argument over ongoing infidelity issues. The suspect constantly accuses the victim of cheating on him with her older children’s father. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked in to the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.

Victim reported her significant other battered her, damaged a window and swung a 9" electric grinder at her. Suspect fled the area, case is under investigation.
Case#: 0218002223, Residential Burglary, Larceny

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Valle Vista area in reference to a report of a Residential Burglary. Upon arrival, it was discovered that 2 flat screen televisions were taken from the residence along with a playstaion gaming system. No forced entry was located at the residence. Suspect information was obtained and this case is currently under investigtation.

Person Arrested: Monique Monoz-Tufano, 61 year old female
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Sinclair service station in Pojoaque in reference to a report of a Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned female and her significant other. It was discovered that a physical altercation had ensued between the two. The female was arrested and transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked without incident.

Location: 901 W. Alameda
Deputy was dispatched to area in reference to a county vehicle with its doors open. Upon arrival it was learned the doors to the utility bed were not properly secured and were open. Upon inspection of the vehicle it did not appear anything was taken. No signs of forced entry were located. It appears the doors were left unlocked. A check of other county vehicles revealed multiple unlocked doors.

Suspect was arrested for assault after breaking a restraining order and approaching the victim in an angry manner. Victim was in fear of an immediate battery by victim. Suspect arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim was contacted by a fraudulent utility company and advised his account was overdue and demanded payment. Fearing losing his utilities the man made payment. It was later learned the persons contacting him were fraudulent. Case is under investigation.

On 02/09/18 the reporting party stated he arrived to the residence and found items missing from inside the residence. The reporting party was able to identify the above items to be taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.
