Current Application Status

This is confirmation that Terracon Consultants Inc. have completed their third-party review of AES’s application. Under staff’s direction, another third party contractor will be hired to review the battery storage and fire compliance of the application. We are still in the procurement process for these services. 

The applicant has not yet resubmitted its application.
