Desputies responded to the address and spoke with the victim reporting he woke up to his vehicle missing. The time frame given of when the vehicle was possibly stolen is 3:40 AM and 4:00 AM. Victim also advised his Apple Airpods were insiden the vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time.

On Sunday, August 30, 2026, deputies responded to 90 Camino San Jose in Santa Fe County regarding a suspicious person. After an investigation, Leobardo Arguello was arrested for Aggravated DWI (Refusal) and Driving While License Revoked. A blood warrant was obtained and executed at the hospital. Arguello was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.

On August 30, 2026 at approximately 2:00 AM the above listed vehicle was observed stopped just prior to the intersection of Henry Lynch Rd and Agua Fria St in the middle of the roadway, for an extended amount of time with no other traffic at the intersection. As contact was attempted with the vehicle, the vehicle rapidly accelterated running the stop sign and subsequently running the red light. As the Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle increased it's speed, drove wrong way, failed to maintain it's traffic lane, and drove wrecklessly traveling East on Agua Fria St. where a pursuit occurred. Nicholas was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on all charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Upon arrival they learned that the suspect had driven his vehicle when his privilege to do so was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies learned that an unknown suspect broke the front passenger window of the victim's motor vehicle. The unknown suspects then took items from inside. The case remains under active investigation.

Deputies learned that an unknown suspect gained entry into a vehicle at the location and took a debit card. The unknown suspects then made purchases with the card at multiple stores. The case remains under active investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police during a traffic stop. Deputies identified Mr. Tamayo-Heredia and discovered he was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked for a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.
