Deputy performed a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. It was discovered Mr. Diaz-Sarmiento had an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed in custody and booked accordingly.

Deputy performed a traffic stop with a vehicle reference a traffic infraction. Mr. Romero-Gomez displayed signs of impairment and agreed to perform SFST's and provide breath samples. Following tests, it was deteremined Mr. Romero-Gomez was impaired. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Female was reported missing out of Santa Fe, last known location was near Arizona. Female is 5'10", 135LBS, Red/Blonde hair, Hazel, last seen wearing black tank top blue jeans and grey hoodie. Last seen on 03/04/2026 by family and has been entered into NCIC.

Arrested - Christobal Marroquin 31YOM
W. Alameda/Sandoval, Santa Fe
On 3/5/2026 at aproximately 0025, Cpl. Lujan observed a vehicle run a red ligth at Sandoval and W. Alameda at a high rate of speed. Cpl. Lujan initiated a traffic stop and observed signs of impairment. The driver was spanish speaking, and Deputy Silva conducted a DWI investigation and the driver was arrested and produced samples of 0.18/0.18.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a reckless driver. Following a traffic stop, deputies discovered Mr. Crespin had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location in reverence to a stolen motor vehicle. Deputies were advised an unknown suspect(s) stole the victims vehicle some time between her leaving to work in the morning and her returning home during her lunch break.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility (ADF) in reference to an inmate found to be in possession of narcotics. Deputies were advised ADF Corrections Officers located the above subject in possession of narcotics during a check. The male was rebooked into ADF accordingly.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance, contact was made with the male party who had visible injuries as a result of an altercation with his significant other. During the investigation the female was found to be the agressor and she was arrested and booked without incident.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that the above suspect had strangled a household member. The suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.
