On December 23, 2025 Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to Larceny. Victim reported he ordered an iphone 16 phone from Xfinity that was delivered to his home on December 15, 2025. Victim checked the package a few days later and noticed the phone was stolen.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a grey in color vehicle for a traffic infraction. During the contact with the driver signs of impairment were observed, the male refused to exit the vehicle to perform SFST’s. The male was removed from the vehicle and arrested. The driver also refused chemical testing and a blood warrant was sought and executed. No injuries were reported. Subject was arrested and booked.

Arrested: Brandon Lujan, 25 YOM

On Monday, December 22, 2025, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned that the above suspect had threatened a household member with a deadly weapon. The suspect also battered a household member. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies responded to a 911 call in reference to a domestic. The victim reported that the suspect was damaging the home and items within causing about $750 dollars in damage. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.


Case #2025007392/Disarming a Peace Officer (Attempt)/12-21-2025

Location: Tesuque Village Road, Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Jose Pacheco III, 34 YOM

On Sunday, December 21, 2025, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Police Department with a non-native. Upon arrival, it was learned, a Tesuque Police Officer had stopped out with the above male who appeared to be littering. The male became confrontational and disobeyed commands by the officer. After a brief struggle, the officer was able to detain the male. While escorting the male to a patrol car, the male attempted to remove the officer's handgun, though he was unsuccessful. The male was placed under arrest and he was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Sunday, December 21, 2025, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the above driver. It was discovered his NM driver's license was revoked, due to a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies responded to a 911 call in reference to a mobile physical domestic. The vehicle and occupants were located, and the victim had signs of a physical battery. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident 


Case #2025007381 / DWI - Failure to Maintain Lanes - Speeding / 12/20/2025

Location: 2883 NM-14

Arrested: Gregory Martin (67 YOA)

Mr. Martin was stopped for traveling above the speed limit and failing to maintain his lane while traveling south on NM 14. Mr. Martin admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages at Tumbleroot before driving. Signs of impairment were observed during SFST's and he was subsequently arrested. Mr. Martin provided breath samples of .07, .08 and was booked into SFADC without incident.

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon contacting the above driver, it was discovered his NM driver's license was revoked from a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest without incident. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly.
