Dustin was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of Texas. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC to be extradited back to Texas.

Deputies came in contact with the subject during a crash investigtaion. It was learned the subject had an active arrest warrant for traffic violations.

Arrested: George Padilla 44YO
Deputies responded to a crash on Interstate 25. Contact was made with George Padilla and he was identified as a driver involved in the crash. During the investigtaion, Deputies found George show signs on impairment and was arrested and booked according.

A crash was reported in which Deputies responded to and had contact with the driver who showed signs of impairment. The driver was taken into custody and charged according.

Arrested: Satino Hinojos 46 YOA
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with the parties involved. During the course of the investigation deputies determined the primary aggressor and placed the aggressor under arrest. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
Case #2026001642/ Aggravated DUI, Speeding/ 3/22/26

Arrested- Andrea Lujan (47 year old female/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for driving 70 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. Upon contact with the driver, she displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. She refused to provide a breath sample, so a search warrant was obtained to draw her blood. Her blood was drawn at the hospital, and following completion of paperwork, she was booked at the SF ADC.

Mr. Boggs was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and later booked into the SF ADC.
Case #2026001641/ DUI, Speeding, Failure to Maintain Lane/ 3/22/26

Arrested- Ben Gutierrez (21 year old male/ Las Vegas)
Deputies were dispatched to I25 northbound in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and observed failing to maintain lane and speeding 88 mph in a 75 mph zone. The driver had had odor of alcohol, slurred speech, bloodshot, watery eyes, and admitted to consuming two beers prior to driving. He showed signs of impairment during SFSTs. He was arrested for DUI and was transported to the SFSO for a breath test. He had a BRAC of 0.10 g/210L and 0.11 g/210L. He was booked into SFADC.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival contact was made with the sole driver and occupant of the vehicle. During the course of the investigation deputies noticed signs of intoxication. The driver was ultimately placed under arrest for D.W.I and transported to SFADC, where she was booked accordingly.

Bernardo was contacted for riding a bicycle in the roadway with no lamp. He was found to have an active warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
