Stolen: Kicker Speakers, Amplifier, Torque Wrenches, Lock

Sometime between August 2025 and today, the storage unit was broken into and the above items were taken. Case is under investigation.

Entering: Cpl. Hernandez 

Location: Paseo Los Pereas 

Arrested: Christopher Yates 

During the course of an investigation it was discovered the subject had three active bench warrants for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody without incident, he was booked at SFADC.

Case# 2025007465 / Warrant Service / 12-25-25

Assigned: G. Perez

Entering: Cpl. Hernandez 

Location: Paseo Los Pereas

Arrested: Michael Mena 

During the course of an investigation it was discovered the subject had an active bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody without incident, he was booked at SFADC.

Case #2025007456/ Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Speeding, Failure to Maintain Lane, No License Plate Lamps, Failure to Use Turn Signal, Driving While License Suspended/ 12/25/25

Assigned- Deputy J. Watson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Rodeo Rd/ Paseo De Los Pueblos

Arrested- Weston Klaus (39 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Weston was observed driving on Rodeo Rd and clocked on radar at 78 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. He was also failing to maintain his lane and turned without using a turn signal. A traffic stop was conducted and Weston displayed signs of impairment. He refused to perform SFST's and was arrested. He also refused to provide a breath sample. It was later discovered his license was suspended. He was booked at the SF ADC.

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- NM 76/ Riverside Dr (Espanola)

Arrested- Joseph Jacquez (36 year old male/ Vallecitos)

Joseph was contacted by deputies while jay walking. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007455/ Warrant Arrest/ 12/24/25

Location- Cerrillos / Richards

Arrested- Damian Rodriguez (19 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Damian was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007450 // Aggravated Burglary Case - 12/24/2025

Assigned: Deputy D. Hernandez

Entering: Cpl A. Currey

Location: Joekeen Rd.  

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival they spoke with victim who advised someone had broken into his house and RV.  Victim stated several power tools had been stolen and an AR-15 Rifle had been taken. Case is under investigation.

Case #2025007451 // Aggravated Battery against a household member - 12/24/2025

Assigned: Deputy S. Riley

Entering: Cpl A. Currey

Location: Camino De Roberto

Arrested: Teddy Vigil (62 YO)

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies made contact with victim who advised suspect had injured her wrist.  Victim was transported to the hospital and treated for her injuries. Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly and without further incident.

Case #2025007431/ DUI, Open Container, Headlights Required/ 12/24/25

Assigned- Deputy J. Watson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Lujan

Arrested- Justin Levine (19 year old male/ Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. Open alcohol containers were located inside the vehicle. The driver was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .08 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Yucca St/ Zia

Arrested- Christopher Bazar (41 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Christopher was contacted by deputies during a traffic stop. He was found to have two outstanding warrants and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
