On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was found the above vehicle was stolen between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm on 03-31-2026. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. This case remains under investigation.

On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Police Department, who were on a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was found the above suspect had an active arrest warrant out of Texas. After the warrant was confirmed, he was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon an investigation, subject was arrested for the above charge.
Case# 2026001800 Battery Peace Officer, Agg DWI, Resisting an officer 3-31-26

Arrested: Nicholas Alley 47 yoa male (Santa Fe)
On 3-31-26 at about 3:00 am, Deputies responded to an address on Oso Ct., in reference to a male who entered the caller's home half-naked. The caller demanded that the male leave, and he did so. The caller advised the male left in a silver Subaru southbound towards Santa Fe. Deputies located the vehicle parked on Bishop's Lodge Road and made contact with the driver (Alley). Subject was highly intoxicated and naked from the waist down. The subject would not exit his vehicle and had to be taken out of the vehicle. During this time, the male kicked an SFPD officer who had arrived on the scene. The male was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital where he was served a search warrant for his blood. Mr. Alley was also found to have 2 warrants for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was taken to the Santa Fe ADC where he was booked.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. While responding to the scene deputies observed the vehicle traveling northbound on State Road 14. Deputies attempted to traffic stop on the vehicle, but the driver refused to stop. The driver was observed driving into the Allsup’s gas station, where he ditched the vehicle and fled on foot. The driver was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and taken into custody. The suspect was charged accordingly and booked at SFADC.

Subject was recognized as having a warrant for her arrest as she traveled on Agua Fria Road. She was booked into SFADC on the warrant which charged Failure to appear on 1 count of agg. battery on a police officer, 2 counts of agg. assault on a police officer.

During a traffic stop, law enforcement had contact with the driver, and later identitifed the driver to have a active arrest warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation. Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
