Deputies made contact with the reporting party advising he sent over $30,000 in payment for a vehicle to a compromised email address via paypal. The suspect asked for more money to be sent to an address in in Santa Fe County which matched the same information on the compromised paypal account.

Arrestee: Ezequiel Rodriguez, 20 YOM, Santa Fe

Deputies resonded to a welfare check call for service. Upon investigation, it was learned the arrestee battered his partner. Mr. Rodriguez was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Ms. Chumacero was last seen in the area of Demora Ct on 7/24/2026 in the morning hours. She is described as 5'6", 130 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes. If seen please contact a disptach center.

Missing: David Blackmore (SILVER ALERT) 66 YOM 

Mr. Blackmore was last seen at the UNM Hospital in Albuquerque, NM on 7/23/2026. He is described as light skin, 6'4", 185 lbs and brown eyes. Last seen wearing unknown color top and white plaid pajama pants. Mr. Blackmore has Dementia and on-set Alzheimer's. If seen please contact a dispatch center. 


Case #2026003859, 3860/ Warrant Arrest x2/ 7/24/26

Assigned- Deputy J. Watson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Louisa Marquez (46 year old female/ Albuquerque)

Location- Buffalo Thunder Casino

Deputies were dispatched to assist the Pojoaque Police Department with an investigation between a fight with a female and male. Deputies were advised the male fled prior to their arrival. The female, Ms. Marquez, was found to have two outstanding felony warrants and was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Damaged: Gate (approx $3000)

On the evening of 7/22/2026, an suspect individual drove her vehicle into the gate, pushing it open in order for her to go through. The gate opening mechanism was damaged due to forcing it open. Case is under investigation. 


Case #2026003855 // Driving While License Revoked, Traffic Violations - 7/23/2026

Location: La Puebla Rd. 

Arrested: Miguel Zavala-Andalon (51 YO)

Deputy stopped a vehicle for having a expired license plate. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. TDriver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Aurelio Trujillo 

Deputies received a call of a wrong way driver on West Alameda St. Upon arrival to the scene Deputies located the driver of the wrong way vehicle. Contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The driver ultimately refused to cooperate and was taken into custody.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the driver of a silver Dodge Pickup truck. Contact was made with the driver who was known to have active bench warrants for his arrest. The driver was taken into custody without further incident and booked at SFADC.

Arrested- Johnny Marquez (50 year old male/ Espanola)

Location- US 84/285 @ MM 183

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for not having an operational license plate lamp. The driver was found to have an invalid revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI and he was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
