On Thursday, September 3, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a missing person. On scene, deputies learned the above person had not been seen for approximately three weeks. She was last observed to be wearing a black shirt and black pants. She was entered into NCIC as a missing person. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Clifford Lightfoot, 49 YOA male, Espanola
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to it driving on the wrong side of the roadway. Deputies contacted the driver and observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the vehicle not showing valid insurance. Deputies contacted the driver and learned he was driving with a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the driver not wearing a seatbelt. Deputies contacted the driver and learned she was driving with a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehilce, during contact with the driver he was identified and had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was subsquently arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies performed a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. Signs of impairment were observed and SFSTs were conducted. It was determined Mr. Estrada was operating a motor vehicle while impaired. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, deputies made contact with a victim who advised during the nighttime hours of August 31, 2026, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into their vehicle and stole the above mentioned items. Suspect information is pending at this time, and this case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a hit and run crash. The victim provided a description of the suspect vehicle and a Public Service Aide later located the suspect vehicle pulling into the Turquoise Trail Elementary School. Deputies made contact with the above suspect and he displayed signs of impairment. SFSTs were administered and he was later placed under arrest. The suspect was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory, and he agreed to chemical testing. The suspect later provide breath samples which showed he was above the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

He provided breath samples that were above the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
