On Thursday, January 22, 2026, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Santa Fe Police Department with a traffic stop. Upon arrival, it was found a Santa Fe Police Officer had observed the above driver commit several traffic infractions. A traffic stop was conducted and it was discovered the driver's license was revoked, due to a previous DWI. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

The vehicle was found to be stolen during the night time hours of 1/22/25. Investigation revealed someone cut the gate to the location and stole the listed vehicle. Case is under investigation.

The subject was located deceased at her residence at about 2:20 a.m. The subject had multiple illnesses and a DNR in place. No signs of foul play were observed. OMI took possession of the deceased.

Arrested: Estrella Quiroz-Lovato 19 yoa female Santa Fe
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation, and found to be operating the vehicle while her license is revoked due to a prior DWI. She was also found to have an active arrest warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear. A further NCIC chedk revealed Estrella was a missing person out of SFPD. SFPD was notified and Estrella was removed from NCIC as a missing person.

Arrested: Rodolfo Rodriguez 36 yoa male
Subject was stopped for walking in the middle of the road not at a crosswalk. He was found to have an active warrant out of SF Magistrate Court for FTA on a traffic offense. He was booked without incident.

Subject was stopped for speeding 65-45. During contact he was displaying signs of intoxication. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Subject was arrested and submitted to a breath test. The test revealed .11,.13 BRAC. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked.

Sarah was contacted by deputies during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
