On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate with a bench warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed to be valid. The male was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

NM 14/Avenida Colibri, Santa Fe Area

Deputies observed a vehicle traveling in the wrong lane of travel in the above stated area. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the driver. Standarized Field Sobriety tests were conducted and signs of impairment observed. The driver was arrested and later provided two valid breath samples indicating a BrAC of .09g/210L and .10g/210L. The driver was arrested and booked.

Missing: Harry Lynn, 83 YOM

On Monday, September 28, 2026, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a welfare check. On scene, it was learned the above person was supposed to pick up a family member from the Santa Fe Airport today. The male never arrived. When family returned home, they discovered the male was missing, along with his vehicle. The male should be operating a brown in color Mercedes SUV, bearing NM/768TFJ. The male was entered into NCIC as missing.

On Saturday, September 27, 2026 at 0605 hours Deputies were dispatched to the NM Allsup’s in reference to an Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Dep. made contact with Marc Anthony Aragon.  Marc said he was at a party at Crazy Rabbit Rd. when he noticed he couldn’t find the keys to his car.  After a few hours of looking Marc noticed his car a gray 2022 Subaru Crosstrek bearing NM license plate #CLGA90 was missing from the party, and believes an unknown male had taken it.

Vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Driver was identified and had an active warrant for her arrest. Driver was arrested and booke dito SF ADC without incident. Suspect: Dakota Gonzales 36 YOM

On Sunday, September 27, 2026, deputies responded to Paseo Mel Senaida in Santa Fe County after receiving reports of a male, later identified as Dakota Gonzales, passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle and not responding. Upon arrival, deputies observed signs of impairment. After further investigation, Gonzales was arrested for DUI.

Subject: Gerber Alexander Torrez Batz 34 YOM

Contact was made with defendant during a traffic stop for no license plate light while dark outside. A drivers license check was conducting by Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center and they confirmed the defendant had an active warrant for his arrest. FAILURE TO APPEAR ON ORIGINAL CHARGES for no insurance. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above listed driver for speeding. During the traffic stop, signs of impairement were observed and a DWI investigation was conducted. The driver was subsequently arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for no license plate light. During the traffic stop, the above listed driver was confirmed to be driving on an invalid revoked license due to a previous DUI. She was arrested and booked in to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. While on scene it was discovered the above subject had a warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked without incident. Original Charge for warrant: Battery on a HHM.
