On March 31, 2026, deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property at a residence on Colina Verde, where an unknown male suspect was reported to have thrown rocks at the home, causing damage to two vehicles, a garage window, and the exterior stucco. The suspect was later identified as Miguel Mott Chavez. On April 10, 2026, Chavez was located and admitted to intentionally damaging the property. Miguel Chavez was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Deputies responded to a business alarm, upon arrival the suspect was found outside of the business. The suspect was in her vehicle and had visible narcotics on her person and was arrested without incident.

Deputies performed a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. Mr. Trujillo was found to be operating a vehicle while his license was revoked for a DUI related incident. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

A traffic stop was initiated with a vehicle for an infraction. It was discovered Ms. Vasquez had an active arrest warrant. She was placed in custody and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a criminal damage. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into a garage on the property, but failed to do so. The reporting party advised this has been an ongoing issue.

Depities were summoned to the location in reference to a disorderly conduct and possible warrant service. Once arrived, deputies learned the subject became combative and kicked Tesuque Officers. Subject was arressted and booked at SFCADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the area in reference to a male found not consicous and not breathing. EMS was also called and tried life saving measures. The male was not able to be saved by EMS and OMI was called to the scene. During the investigtaion no signs of foul play was found
