Deputies responded to the location for a fight in progress. It was discovered one of the individuals involved had an active warrant for is arrest for failure to appear for a DUI. He was arrested and taken to the detention center.

Deputies were called out for a fight. All parties participated in fight and wanted to press charges. All parties were summonsed into court.

STOLEN: Two Electric Bicycles (valued at $9000)
The reporting party stated that on June 11, she returned to her residence at the above-listed address and observed that her electric bicycles were missing from the garage. Case is under investigation.

Arrested- Cristian Aguillon-Carbajal (22 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were disptched to a residence in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Deputies conducted an investigation and learned the incident started in the city and continued into the county. As a result of interviews and evidence gathering, the suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
Case #2026003100/ Driving while license revoked, No Registration, No Proof of Insurance, Open Container/ 6/10/26

Location- 5000 block of Cerrillos Rd
Arrested- Wilson Chavez Mendieta (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted Wilson on a traffic stop. He was found to have no registration, no proof of insurance, an open alcoholic beverage container, and was driving on a revoked license due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Gilbert Garcia( 47 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted Gilbert on a welfare check and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on an vehicle with expired registration/insurance. Driver had an interlock, but had a revoked license due to a prior DUI and no interlock license. Driver was arrested and booked at the detention facility.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival evidence of a battery were observed, as well as the victim's phone was taken. The suspect fled the scene on a bicycle. Deputies attempted to locate the suspect, but were unsuccesful. An arrest warrant for the suspect was drafted.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s deceased father’s vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Victim: Delgado, Daniel 49 YOM
Suspect: Mosely, Travis
On 6/8/26, Deputies were dispatched to call the above victim reference to a fraud call. Upon talking to the victim, Deputies learned he was trying to sell a vehicle to the a potential Face Book Market Place buyer, Travis Mosely. Mosely resides in the State of Oklahoma. The two had agreed on the sell price of $2500. After Mosely had sent a down payment of $1000.00 to the victim, Mosley backed out of deal and filed two separate $800.00 claims totalling $1600.00 with PayPal against the victim. One claim was paid out and the second one is pending. The vehicle was not sent to Mosely yet and is still in the victim's possession.
