Vehicle:2018 Kia Soul
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to burglary of motor vehicle. Once on scene and through investigation, it was learned unknown suspect(s) forced entry into aforementioned vehicle by breaking the driver side window. Once inside, the stole aforementioned listed items. No suspect information at this time. The vehicle was parked on March 19, 2023 at 5:30 pm and discovered March 20, 2023 at 11:00 am. Vehicle was left on the side of the roadway due to snow preventing access to residence.

Arrested: Jarrod Bearden 36 yoa male (Santa Fe)/ Nathan Lailes 35 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies were close patrolling the Valle Vista Subdivision, when they located a vehicle which had been spray painted black and dispalying a license plate listed as stolen. Investigation revealed the Mr. Bearden, was in posssession of the vehicle for the past two weeks. Mr. Lailes was a passenger in the vehicle and was found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Both individuals were arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Subject was stopped for having a non operational headlamp. A check of the subject's license revealed his driving priviliges had been revoked due to a prior DWI / refusal to submit to chemical testing. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Arrested: Yordi Chavez-Parra 25 yoa male (Pojoaque)
Subject was stopped after he was observed stopping in the highway backing up traffic without reason. Subject showed signs of intoxication and performed poorly on SFST's. Subject was arrested and submited to chemical testing. The testing revealed a .20/.19 BrAC. Subject was booked into SFADC.
