ARRESTEE: NANCY JUDITH PALACIOS DIAZ- 29-YEAR-OLD-H/F, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT
On 1-6-2023 at about 10:53 p.m., RECC received a call reference to a domestic incident at a residence off El Llano Road in Santa Fe County.
Upon deputies' arrival, it was learned the above suspect, Nancy Diaz had battered her boyfriend and the father of her small child as he was holding the infant. Diaz and her boyfriend had been in an argument when this occurred. Diaz was taken into custody without incident by Deputy Ruben Blea. Diaz was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the charges of Child Endangerment and Battery on a Household Member.

Arrested: Jeremy Martinez, 32-year-old male from Chimayo N.M.
On 1/6/23 a random security check was performed on Mr. Martinez. During the search he was found to be in possession of 10 Suboxone strips. He was charged accordingly.

On Friday, January 6, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a person being in possession of a stolen vehicle. A Pueblo of Pojoaque Police Officer had located the male in a 2018 Kia Sportage, which had been reported as stolen in Santa Fe, NM. Contact was made with the male and he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the county jail in reference to a male who had an active arrest warrant. The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant.
2023000103/Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle

LOCATION: Casa Rufina Rd., Santa Fe, NM
On 1-5-22, Deputies responded to location in reference to a stolen vehicle. Vehicle was taken from the parking lot while victim was inside the apartment. No suspect information is known at this time. The case is under investigation.

LOCATION: 167 US 84/285 Santa Fe County, NM
ARRESTEE: Juan Carbajal-Galdamez, 40YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Upon review of the drivers MVD record, it was discovered the above subject had was driving on a revoked drivers license. It was also learned through an NCIC check, the above subject had a warrant for his arrest. (Original Charge: DWI and Failure to provide proof of insurance.) The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.
Case#2023000071/ Agg Assault on a HHM and Battery on a HHM/1-4-23

LOCATION: 200 block on NM503 Santa Fe County, NM
ARRESTEE: Victoria Lopez, 28YOF, Santa Fe, NM
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect battered the victim by pushing him to the ground multiple times. Suspect then stood over victim armed with two knives and threatened him. Suspect believed victim was using witchcraft on her. Suspect later hit victim over the head with a broom. When contact was made with suspect, she resisted but was ultimately taken into custody, transported and booked into jail.
