Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above listed driver, during the stop she was identified and had an active warrant for her arrest. During the arrest she attempted to run but was taken into custody. She was arrested and booked without further incident.

Location: Zafarano Drive/Cerrillos Rd., Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Latoya Tsosie, 32 YOF

On Thursday, September 24, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a pedestrian crossing the road outside of a crosswalk. Contact was made with the subejct and it was discovered she had multiple bench warrants. After the five warrants were confirmed to be valid, she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where she was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: Espinacitas St Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Edmund Lopez, 44 YOM

Agent conducted a welfare check on male who was slumped over in his vehicle. Agent confirmed subject was wanted on two active arrest warrants. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Location: 1800 Block of Los Lujans Road, Espanola, NM

Deceased: 50 YOM

On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a medical emergency. Upon arrival, a male was found deceased. The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was summoned to the scene. Once on scene, OMI conducted their investigation into the death. Deputies and OMI did not find any signs of foul play. Next of kin notification is pending at this time.

On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when a traffic stop was conducted due to the registered owner possibly having an active bench warrant. Upon contacting the above driver, it was determined that the warrant was valid. The driver was placed under arrest, and he was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Arrested: Sandra Medina, 57 YOF

On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle operating with expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the above driver. Through the encounter, it was found the driver had a revoked license, due to a previous DWI. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with a bench warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed to be valid. The inmate was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of damaged property. Upon arrival, it was discovered unknown persons drilled a hole into a gas tank of a vehicle. This occurred on September 22, 2026 around 2:00 am. Suspect information is pending at this time.
