Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies contacted both parties and conducted an investigation. During the investigation, deputies learned that Cynthia had battered a boyfriend and prevented him from calling law enforcement. She was arrested and later booked into the SF ADC.

Deputies contacted Kevin during a traffic stop and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Jacob Finley (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted Jacob during a traffic stop and found that his license was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and later booked into the SF ADC.

Location: Riverside Drive/W. Pueblo Street, Espanola, NM
Arrested: Edwin Pena, 44 YOM
On Friday, January 2, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon contacting the above driver, it was found his NM license was revoked, due to a previous DWI. The driver also had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: Hyde Park Road ( Santa Fe)
The victim reported that during the evening hours of New Year's Day, she was near the Ski Area with an acquaintance. She was intoxicated, and her acquaintance engaged her in non-consensual sexual acts. The case is pending further investigation.

Arrested: Chad Brown 56 yoa male (Moriarty)
On January 2, 2025, deputies were dispatched to White Lakes Road in reference to a disorderly conduct complaint. The reporting party advised that her boyfriend had consumed excessive amounts of alcohol, and as a result, she required him to sleep in his vehicle parked in the driveway. Upon arrival, deputies located the male subject asleep inside the vehicle and observed him to be intoxicated. A firearm was located in close proximity to the male. Further investigation revealed the male was in violation of court-ordered conditions set by a judge stemming from a prior domestic violence case. The male was taken into custody and booked into SFADC. The firearm was seized.

Arrested: Santana Miera, 29 yoa, Santa Fe
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Cody Bellante (35 YO)
Deputy made contact with subject at a residence in which the subject had active warrants for arrest. Warrants were for failure to appear on several traffic violations. Subject was taken to the detention center.
Case #2025007577/ Aggravated Fleeing, Reckless Driving, Shoplifting under $250/ 12/31/25

Location- NM 14/ Avenida Del Sur
Arrested- Noah Brown (24 year old male/ Edgewood)
Deputy Olivas observed a vehicle run a red light at NM 14 and Avenida Del Sur, and swerve across lanes of travel. Deputy Olivas attempted a traffic stop, and the vehicle fled southbound on NM 14. Due to the driving behavior of a possible impaired driver a pursuit was initiated. Corporal Moore was south of the pursuit on NM 14 and set up stop sticks. All four tires of the suspect vehicle were deflated and the vehicle pulled over. The driver was taken into custody without incident. It was later learned the driver had just done a beer run at the Allsups, and advised he fled because he was bored.

Arrested: Martin Ojeda-Manzano 37 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was observed failing to maintain a single lane of traffic and stopped. He admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Subject submitted to a breath test which revealed a .16,.15 BrAC. He was booked into SFADC without incident.
