Summons: Willis Curtis, 43 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the area in regards to a reported fight in which a firearm had been brandished and allegedly one round had been discharged. Upon arrival the suspect had left the area, and deputies were unable to locate him around the town. The victim of the alleged assault declined to prosecute. However, during the confrontation, the victim of the assault accidently discharged his firearm during the altercation. The victim of the assault was summonsed for negligent use of a firearm.

Arrested: Oswaldo Ramos, 42 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police with a traffic stop involving a non-Native American male. Deputies contacted the suspect and observed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies were called in reference to a criminal damage to property in progress. Upon arrival and investigation, it was determined the suspect commited criminal damage to property of a household member over $1000. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date, deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Deputies met with the above named victim who advised her vehicle was stolen at the above listed address by an unknown person. Vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Agua Fria to assist the SFPD with an investigation. While contacting individuals on scene, a female fled from the residence, but was quickly apprehended. She was found to have 3 outstanding warrants. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Deputies responded to the area in reference to a residential alarm. Upon arrival, deputies found forced entry to the residence. During the investigation, deputies learned a female was observed leaving the residence who was found in the area shortly after. Ms. Flores was booked accordingly at the SFCADC.

Deputies were dispatched mm 24 on NM 14 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upomn investigation, it was learned the driver was driving his motorcycle while revoked. David was transported to the hospital due to injuries sustained and will be summonsed to court.
