   On 4/27/26, Dep. C. Cullison spoke with Victim.  Victim  advised someone had comitted fraud as someone had accessed her American Airlines AAdvantage miles account. An unidnetified individual(s), gained unauthorized accesss to the account and purchased tickets to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

   There were a total of 6 tickets puchased during this transaction totalling $2475.00. The travel dates were on 3/24/2026, 3/25/2026 and 3/26/2026.


Case #2026002289/Driving While License Revoked/Fail to Obey Traffic Control Devices

Subject: Michael Chavez 49 YOM

On 4/26/26 Deputy A. Gallardo was patrolling the above location. The subject ran a stop sign. Deputy Gallardo conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the subject. Santa Fe RECC confirmed the suspect driver’s license was invalid-revoked. The subject was transported and booked into Santa Fe ADC.


Case #2026002287/ DUI, Obstructing Roadways/ 4/26/26

Arrested- Gerson Carbajal Guerra (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving 8 MPH in a 25 MPH zone with a flat tire. Upon contact with the driver, deputies observed signs of impairment and following SFST's, the driver was arrested. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .12/ .12 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.


Case #2026002286/ Battery on a Household Member/ 4/26/26

Assigned- Deputy J. Flores-Ramirez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Buffalo Thunder Trail

Arrested- Jose Armenta-Rodriguez (46 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to the Buffalo Thunder Casino to assist the Pojoaque Police Department with a domestic violence investigation involving individuals who were non-Native. During the investigation, deputies learned that Jose committed a battery on the victim. Jose was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.


Case #2026002283/Burglary/04-25-2026

Location: Calle Lila, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Paintings, a book and a telephone

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned that an unknown person gained unlawful entry into a residence and stole the above mentioned items. This occurred in the afternoon hours of April 24, 2026. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 100 Block Apline Rd, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Unknown

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, deputies made contact with a victim who advised they were contacted by an unknown person. The suspect began threatening the victim and also sent them disturbing pictures. The suspect demaded $1,500, which the victim later sent to a person in the Dominican Republic. This case remains under investigation.


Case #2026002281/DWI/04-25-2026

Suspect: John Martinez, 64 YOM

Additional Charges: Driving while License is Revoked (dwi related), Reckless Driving

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, deputies were dispatched to the above location for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above driver. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver declined to perform SFSTs. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory, and he ultimately agreed to provide a chemical sample. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where a breath sample was provided. This sample showed the driver was above the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


Case #2026002277/Burglary, Larceny, and Criminal Damage to Property

Suspect(s): Unknown

On above listed date the reporting party for Titan Electric Company stated unknown suspects gained entry into the yard by cutting the chain link fence. The suspects went to a truck and stole a chain hoist from the back of the bed.

The suspects were in a older model 4 door dodge truck silver in color. This incident was captured on the security cameras on the telephone pole. Two older male suspects entered the yard but were wearing hoodies. The suspects took a roll of wire estimated value around 400 dollars.

Arrested- Nery Martinez Granados (37 year old male/ Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .15 / .15 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Fawn Eagleday (39 YOF)

During a welfare check, it was discovered Ms. Eagleday had an active arrest warrant. She was placed in custody and booked accordingly.
