Location- Camino Bajo/ NM 14

Deputies came into contact with Marielle while on a call for service. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Case 2025005821, 5822/ Driving while license revoked , warrant service/ 10-4-2025

Location: Airport Rd/ Lopez Ln, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Louis Macias, 59 YOM

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had a revoked driver's license and an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant was for failure to appear on a battery charge. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Victim (60 YOA)

The victim reported the suspect entered a Washington Federal Bank on September 23, 2025, and withdrew $1,911.00 from his checking account. A photo of the suspect was obtained. Case is pending further investigation

Case #2025005819 / Warrant Service / 10/4/2025

Location: Camino La Tiera

Arrested: Rylan Rodar (19 YOA)

Deputies observed a traffic infraction and conducted a traffic stop.  It was discovered Mr. Rodar had an active arrest warrant.  He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Case #2025005814 / Fraud - ID Theft / 10/4/2025

Location: Casa Del Oro

Stolen: Personal Information / $375 in Handbags

The victim reported her personal information was fraudulently obtained and used.  The victim reported handbags were purchased with her information when suspects used an app (Afterpay) to obtain the items.   

Case #2025005811/ DUI, Careless Driving/ 10/4/25

Assigned- Lieutenant R. Garcia

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Jose Palo-Flores (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Henry Lynch/ Rufina

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for careless driving. Upon contact with the driver, he showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .08 BRAC. He was later booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Yenifer Rubalcaba (26 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ 2nd St

Yennifer was stopped for speeding on Cerrillos Rd. Upon contact with her, she displayed signs of ipairment and was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the SFSO where she provided a breath sample that was at or above a .16 BRAC. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Trenton Jensen (19 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- US 84/285 @ N Shining Sun

Mr. Jensen was stopped by Pojoaque PD for speeding, and officers believed him to be intoxicated. However, Mr. Jensen is non-Native, so SFSO deputies were called to the scene to investigate. Upon contact with Mr. Jensen, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He refused to provide a breath sample and was later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025005806/ Aggravated DUI/ 10/3/25

Arrested- Deshawn Calabaza (24 year old male/ San Felipe)

Location- I25 @ MM 165

Deputies were dispatched to I25 at mile marker 265 in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies checked on the drivers and one of the drivers, Mr. Calabaza, displayed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DUI, and was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .16 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

2025005788, 5789/ Possession of a controlled substance x3 (fentanyl, cocaine, heroin) Warrant service

Arrested: P. Romero age 36

Location: N. Riverside/ ST RD 76 

Deputy Abeyta conducted a traffic stop on a 2005 Ram. Romero was passenger and was not wearing her seatbelt. She was indentified and had an arrest warrant out of Rio Arriba County for failure to pay fines on an assault charge(M43MR292200135). When she was arrested, she had serval narcotics in her possession. She was charged and booked accordinly into the Santa Fe ADC.
