Location: Victorio Peak, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised the victim was contacted by a male stating he was a Deputy US Marshal. The male claimed the victim had missed jury duty and had a warrant for her arrest. The male advised the victim to pay $1,300.00 to get rid of the warrant. The victim stated the male had her personal information to include her address and social security number. The victim paid the male $1,300.00 in Bitcoin.


Case #2025006420 Embezzlement

Location: Fin Del Sendero, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. The victim advised he had moved approximately 1 year ago to the location. The victim advised he just noticed he was missing several items and believed the movers had stolen the property.


Case #2025006421 Breaking and entering

Deputy Assigned: S. Christopherson

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Location: Rancho Alegre, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a breaking and entering. Deputies advised a ground keeper observed lights on in a guest house. Upon further inspection, it was evident unknown suspect(s) entered the guest home. Nothing was taken from the home. There are no suspects at this time.


2025006411/ DWI, Careless Driving/ 10-31-2025

Deputy Assigned: F. Guerra

Commander entering: Lt. R. Garcia 

Arrested: M. Martinez age 36

Location: Airport Road and Zepal 

A traffic was conducted on above listed driver. He showed signs of impairment. Deputy Guerra was dispatched to the scene to take over the investigation. Deputy Guerra determinded the driver to be impaired and arrested him. The driver provided breath samples of over the legal limit. He was charged and booked accordingly.  


2025006412/ Aggravated DWI/ 10/31/2025

Deputy Assigned: V. Baca 

Commander Entering: Lt. R. Garcia

Arrested: B. Lettellier age 36

Location: 112 Cities of Gold 

Pojoaque Trible Police conducted a traffic stop on above listed driver. He showed signs of impairment. The driver was a non tribal member. Deputies were dispatched to scene to take over the investigation. Deputy Baca determinded the driver to be impaired and arrested him. He provided breath samples of more then twice over the legal limit. He was charged and booked accordingly.  


Case 2025006378-Stolen motor vehicle

Casa Rifina Rd

Reporting party satted his silver and purple motorcycle was taken from the parking lot of his apartment complex.

No suspect information and the case is under investigation 


Case #2025006388 Driving while license revoked, Display of registration

Deputy Assigned: C. Wallenstein

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin

Location: US 84/285 mile marker 172, Santa Fe

Arrested: Guadalupe Parra-Olivas, 44 YOA male, Espanola

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police with a traffic stop. Deputies were advised Tesuque PD stopped a vehicle for improper display of registration. The driver was non-Native-American. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Location: Camino Trujillo, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised someone forged the reporting party’s signature or a legal document which has resulted in accusations of harassment.


2025006370/ Trafficking a controlled substance/ Turning movements and required signals/ Warrant Service x6 10/30/25

Deputy Assigned: J. Wynne

Commander entering: Lt. R. Garcia

Arrested: R. Ortega age 53, C. Ortega age 28, J. Shweder age 29

Locations: Siler and Cerrillos and Motel 6 on Cerrillos 

Deputy Wynne conducted a traffic stop on R. Ortega. During his traffic stop Deputy Wynne uptained consent to search R. Ortega's vehicle which he was found in narcotics which meet the elements of Trafficking. R. Ortega also provided information he was staying at the Motel 6. Deputy Wynne went to the room and located serval individuals inside the room along with appearant narcotics and paraphernalia. The individuals were identified and detained. C. Ortega had 4 active arrests warrants (SF Municipal orginial charge shoplifting and Trespassing x2, SF District Court original charge conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and SF Magistrate origial charge concealing ID. J. Shweder had 2 active arrest warrants (SF Magistrate original charge shoplifting and SF Magistrate Possesion of a controlled substance). All three were arrested and booked into ADC. A search warrant was drafted and approved for the room. Nothing further at this time.      


2025006369/ Fugitive of justice/ warrant service 10/29/2025

Deputy Assigned: D. Lovato 

Commander entering: Lt. R. Garcia

Arrested: G. Espinoza age 43

Location: US 84/285 MM 177

Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop on above listed. They discovered she had a warrant issued from USDC of Kansas extraditable nation wide for possession with the intent to distribute. Due to the female being non-native they called for our assistance. Dep. Lovato arrived and took the female into custody. He booked the female into the SF ADC without incident.
