Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a male possibly driving his vehicle under the influence and attempting to leave the area. Deputies arrived on scene and located the male getting into a separate vehicle, leaving behind his vehicle with a flat tire. The male showed signs of impairment and was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, but refused. He was transported and booked accordingly.

Deceased: 40 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male laying facedown not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived on scene and verified the male was beyond life saving measures. There were no signs of foul play. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted to respond to the scene to complete an investigation.
Case #2025004399 Bribery of a public official, Driving while license revoked, Proof of insurance, Proof of registration, Failure to maintain traffic lane

Arrested: Kevin Bartra, 31 YOA male, Albuquerque
Deputies observed a vehicle unable to maintain its lane of travel. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was placed under arrest. The driver then attempted to bribe the deputy to let him go. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe Conty Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Subject was placed into custody following a remand order by Judge Ellington. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked without incident into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Last seen wearing; black in color shoes and shirt; blue in color jeans; ball cap
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a missing person. The missing person was last seen in Pecos and drives a blue in color, 2004, Audi; NM-015XJP. The missing person is known to abuse narcotics and is possibly in the Santa Fe area.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Upon contact with the driver, deputies learned that her driving privileges were revoked due to a previous DUI. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
Case #2025004385 Burglary, Larceny

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies were advised the victim had left a guitar in his vehicle while at the location. Upon returning to his vehicle, the victim observed his guitar missing. No suspect information at this time.

Deputies responded to a report of an aggravated assault. The calling party advised a male in a Jeep Gladiator had brake checked them while on Airport Road. The reporting party advised the driver of the Jeep then pointed a firearm at them and shot several rounds in the area of Interstate 25 West Frontage Road and Camino Debra.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. The driver showed signs of impairment, and SFSTs were conducted. The driver was arrested for DUI and submitted to a breath test, resulting in .21/.21. The driver was booked into Satna Fe ADC without incident.
