Subject was identified during a traffic stop and had an active warrant for failure to appear for no insurance. He was taken into custody and booked without incident.

On Sunday, May 3, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a welfare check. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above female. During the investigation, it was discovered she had an active/valid bench warrant. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

Arrested: Christian Dominguez (21 YOM)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. Signs of impairment were observed and Mr. Dominguez refused to perform all testing. He was transported for a blood draw, subsequent to obtaining a warrant. Mr. Dominguez was booked accordingly.

Deputies performed a welfare check with a vehicle stalled on the side of the road. Mr. Juanico displayed signs of impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted. Mr. Juanico was ultimately placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Missing: Juvenile Female 14 YOA.
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a missing person. Deputies were advised a juvenile had gotten into an argument with her mother and left the location. The juvenile was entered into NCIC as missing.

Subject was involved in a crash, and during the investigation it was determined he had a valid revoked license, but no interlock inside the vehicle. He was arrested for the license, and issued citations for the crash.

Deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance, upon arrival an investigation was conducted. It was learned the male tried to slap the victim and he was arrested without incident.

Location: U.S. 84/285 and Boneyard Rd, Espanola, NM
Arrested: Daniel Santistevan, 32 YOM
On Thursday, April 30, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle with expired registration plates. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the above driver. Signs of impairment were observed. The driver declined to perform SFSTs and he was placed under arrest. After being read the NM Implied Consent Advisory, he declined to submit to checmical testing. A search warrant for blood was sought and approved. He was subsequently transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
