Deputies responded to the Eldorado Supermarket in reference to a shoplifting incident. Upon arrival it was discovered an unknown Hispanic male ran out of the store with a shopping cart full of alcoholic beverages. The estimated value for the stolen items is approximately1200.00 dollars. The suspect was seen fleeing the area in a red in color Chevy Silverado displaying New Mexico license plate 899TFX, the case is under investigation.

Location- I25 W Frontage Rd/ Calle Debra
Deputies conducted a traffic stop after seing a vehicle drive off the road. The driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol and using marijuana. He was arrested for DUI and transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample. He was then transported to the hospital where he provided a blood sample. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location: US 84/285-E Frontage Rd, Santa Fe County, NM
Deputies made contact with the subject during a welfare check call for service. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on charges of no registration, no insurance, and public affray. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
Case #2025006272 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - Fraud / 10/25/2025

Victim: 36 YOA
The victim reported he was selling a 1968 Ford Mustang on Facebook Marketplace. The suspect reportedly paid with counterfeit funds and took the vehicle. When the victim attempted to deposit the funds with his financial institution, he was informed the money was fraudulent. Case is pending further investigation.

Samantha was stopped for jay walking, and was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Deceased- 73 year old male/ Stanley NM
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a possible suicide. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male with an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound. After speaking with witnesses, it was learned the male had a long history of medical issues. Nothing suspicious was observed on scene, and OMI was called to investigate.

Blake was contacted during a traffic stop for expired registration. Upon contact with Blake, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Edgewood PD where he provided a breath sample that was at or more than a .08 BAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
