Deputies made contact with the subject, who was known to have an active bench warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was taken into custody. During the apprehension of the wanted subject it was discovered he was in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adulty Detention Facility.

Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports a male may have passed away. Family checked on him this morning and discovered he was not conscious or breathing. It was determined the decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.

Deputies made contact with the subject while responding to a disorderly call for service. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Espinola Municipal Court for failure to appear on shoplifting charges. The subject resisted deputies as they were detaining him. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC on the warrant and a new charge of resisting.

Upon arrival and positive identification of subject, it was learned she had an active warrant for her arrest for failing to appear in court on original charges of DUI, Possession of a controlled substance, No insurance, No registration. She was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
