Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and were advised the suspect battered the victim. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Summons: Ellena Lopez, 28 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a battery that occurred. Deputies were advised an inmate punched a corrections officer within the facility. The suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
Case #2026002809 Criminal damage to the property of a household member

Location: 200 Block Thunder Mountain Road, Santa Fe
Summons: Kyle Britton, 31 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a violation of a temporary restraining order. Deputies were advised the suspect damaged property belonging to the victim. A summons was issued for the suspect.

Location: Paseo Real/Colony Drive, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Jennifer Arras Guzman, 22 YOF
On Friday, May 22, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon contacting the above driver, it was found she had an active bench warrant. Once the warrant was confirmed to be valid, she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where she was booked accordingly and without incident.
Case #2026002782, 2783/ Warrant Arrest x2/ 5/22/26

Location- Maverik (Sawmill Rd)
Arrested- Mariah Carter (26 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Arrested- Clairissa Tapia (31 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were contacted by security at the Maverik in reference to females putting merchandise into a backpack. Deputies contacted the females and they were both found to have outstanding warrants and were arrested. They were later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026002781/ Aggravated DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane/ 5/21/26

Location- NM 599/ Paseo Nopal
Arrested- Ian Laate (24 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it was observed failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and he was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .17 / .18 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Chabacanos Canyon (Lamy)
Arrested- Desirae Lozano (23 year old female/ Lamy)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Lamy in reference to a suspicious person walking around their property. Upon arrival, a deputy contacted Desirae Lozano, who had gotten her car stuck in a ditch. She admitted to drinking prior to driving and agreed to participate in SFST's. Signs of impairment were observed and Desirae was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the SFSO, where she provided breath samples of .15/ .16 BRAC. She was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026002761/Burglary from a motor vehicle

Location: Mimosa Rd.
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a burglary from a motor vehicle. Contact was mede with victim who advised she had numerous documents meant for court which had been stolen out of her vehicle. Mikeline had no suspect information and advised no one knew of her plans to file a case with the court. There were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle. No further action taken.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival Deputies learned the decedent suffered from multiple medical conditions. Deputies continued to investigate and determined foul play was not suspected. The Office of the Medical Investigator was requested to the scene. The decedent was transported by a local funeral home.

Arrested- Tracy Romero (43 year old female/ Hernandez NM)
Tracy was contacted on a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant for FTA on a DUI. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
