Arrested: Victor Zayas-Garcia 35 yoa male
The subject was stopped for a traffic offense. He was checked for warrants and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the First Judicial District Court for failing to comply with the conditions of his release for a felony shoplifting charge. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Arrested- John Paul Martinez (32 year old male/ Rio Rancho)
Location- Cerrillos Rd/ I25
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it nearly struck a Sheriff's Office marked unit. Contact was made with the driver, John Paul Martinez, and he displayed sigs of impairment. He was then arrested, but refused to provide a breath sample. A search warrant was obtained for a blood draw and his blood was drawn at the hospital. He was then booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Zachary Rosenberg (35 YOA)
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a welfare check. While on scene, it was discovered Mr. Rosenberg had two active warrants. He was subsequently placed in custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for driving on two flat tires and going the wrong way at a round-a-bout. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He provided a breath test and was later booked at the SF ADC.

Luis was contacted by deputies during a suspicious person call. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was transported to the SF ADC where he was booked.

Deputies came into contact with Emmanuel on a welfare check. He was found to have an active arrest warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at SF ADC.

Deceased: R. Olivas (44 YOM)
Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a male who was not conscious or breathing. Upon arrival it was determined the male was beyond life saving measures. There were no signs of foul play on scene, and subject has history of narcotic usage.
