Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. The warrant was for failure to appear on no driver's license and no insurance charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop due to a traffic infraction. It was discovered Mr. Audelo had two active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) shot his vehicle and his residence. Witnesses advised they heard gunshots between 3:00 and 4:00 am. Deputies located evidence to validate the victim's claims. Case is pending investigation.

Deceased- 64 year old male (Eldorado)
Location- Featherbush Ct/ Aster Rd (Eldorado)
Deputies and rescue personnel were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. Upon arrival, medical personnel attempted life saving measures. However, they were unsuccessful and the male was pronounced dead at the scene. Nothing suspicious was observed, and OMI was called to the scene.

Arrested- Larry Asselin (24 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Henry Lynch/ Rufina
A deputy observed a vehicle speeding, when the deputy turned around to conduct a traffic stop the vehicle turned off it's lights. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver displayed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .08 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Deputies contacted Joseph on a suspicious person call. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at ADC.

Traffic stop was initiated by the deputy, and contact was made with the driver. Driver was identified to have active warrants for his arrest. First was on failure to appear for multiple traffic violations. Second was for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to the registered owner of the vehicle showing a revoked drivers license. Contact was made with the driver, who was aware his license was revoked. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.
Case #2025005668 / Great Bodily Harm by Motor Vehicle - Aggravated Fleeing - Reckless Driving / 09/26/2025

Arrested: Seth Delugos (18 YOM)
Deputies observed Mr. Delugos operating a vehicle a in reckless manner. The vehicle continued to drive recklessly as deputies attempted to turn around and catch up to the suspect. Prior to deputies closing distance with the vehicle, the suspect crashed into another vehicle. The suspect sustained minor injuries. The driver of the second vehicle was trasnported by medics for life-threatening injuries. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.
Case #2025005660/Felony DWI/09-25-2025
Location: 26700 Interstate 25
Arrested: Kateri Esquibel, 42 YOF
Additional Charges: Driving while license is revoked-DWI related and Roadways laned for traffic
On Thursday, September 25, 2025, deputies were patrolling the above location when they observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver. The above driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI. The driver was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory and she agreed to chemical testing. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, where she provided breath samples that indicated she was above the legal limit. This was also the driver's fourth DWI. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where she was booked without incident.
