Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. Upon contact with the subject, it was discovered he was driving a vehicle while his license was revoked due to a previous DUI. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Case #2025006093 Unattended Death

Location: 3900 Block Rufina St, Santa Fe
Deceased: 46 YOA male, Mexico
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies observed an unresponsive male in a camper located on the property. Deputies forced entry into the camper. The male was found to be obviously deceased and beyond life saving measures. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and responded to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Deputies were advised the suspect intentionally rammed the gate at the location causing damage. The suspect then fled the scene. A summons was issued for the suspect.

A traffic stop was attempted on a suspected impaired driver, the driver did not stop and attempted to flee. The driver eventually came to a stop and a DWI & DRE investigation was conducted. She was arrested and booked without incident for DWI.

Deputies were referred this case from NMSP. Subject was reported as missing by her mother. She was last seen on 10/11/2025 by family and has not been in contact with them since. Missing was last seen wearing a white dress, Nike shoes, is 5'7" about 130LBS, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was entered into NCIC and a BOLO has been issued.

Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. A registration check of the vehicle showed the registered owner to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. Deputies stopped the driver and confirmed the driver was the registered owner. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
