Deputies responded to the location in reference to a cardiac arrest call for service. Upon arrival lifesaving procedures were performed by EMS but were unsuccessful. Deputies continued with the investigation, foul play is not suspected at this time. The deceased was transported from the scene by a local funeral home.

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, deputies made contact with a victim who advised, after shopping on Etsy, an unknown person began making faudulent purchases on their card. The charges added up to approximately $4000. This case remains under investigation.

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle without a license plate. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the above female. It was discovered she had an active bench warrant for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a person crossing the street in non-crosswalk area. Contact was made with the above male and it was discovered he had an active bench warrant for failing to appear. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a male asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in the roadway. Deputies were able to wake the listed suspect up and saw narcotics in his possession in plain view. The suspect was arrested and the narcotics field tested positive for heroin and methamphetamine. The suspect was booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

At approximately 2:42AM, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving on Cerrillos Road without any lights. Contact was made with the driver and signs of impairment were observed. A DWI investigation was conducted and the driver was arrested and booked without incident.
