Deputies were dispatched to the homeless shelter in Santa Fe due to a female wanting to report an altercation which took place in Diablo Canyon. While on scene, the suspect arrived and was also found to have an active warrant for her arrest. She was booked on the warrant and charged with the battery for the altercation.

Arrested: Eswin Rodas-Velasquez (30 YO)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to a vehicle swerving into the wrong side of the road several times. A DUI investigation took place and the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He consented to chemical testing and blew a 0.25.

On 4/12/2026 Deputies were dispatched to a telephone call in reference to an Identity Theft. Haley received a bill in her name from Cottonwood Park Dentistry LLC for a patient balance of $123.59 and a balance forward as of March 30, 2026 of $210.70.Haley stated she has never been to this dentist office. Haley advised she has not seen any other suspicious activity with her Banking or Credit institutions.

Subject: Caleb Lopez
On 4/12/2026 Deputies were conducting a follow up investigation. Deputies made contact with Caleb Lopez who dispatch advised had Municipal court warrant. Caleb Lopez was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further Incident.
Case #2026002030 // Warrant Arrest - 4/11/2026

Arrested: Fernando Quinteros-Alfredo (19 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to the shooting area due to individual shooting at night. Contact was made with the group, and one of the indiviuals had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on traffic violations. He was arrested and booked at the detention center.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on an indiviual for an obstructed license plate. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a prior DUI, and was arrested.

Arrested: Yeremi Orozco Vega 28 YOF
Deputies conducted a traffic after noticing a traffic infraction. Contact was made with the driver who had a revoked driver’s license. The driver was ultimately placed under arrest and transported to SFADC, where she was booked accordingly.
Case #2026002034/ DUI, Driving on Right Side of Roadway, No Proof of Insurance/ 4/12/26

Location- South Meadows/ Colores Del Rey
Arrested- Deion Baldonado (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Cpl. Moore observed a vehicle driving wrong way on South Meadows before parking in front of a residence. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .00 / .00 BRAC. He refused to provide a blood sample, so a search warrant was obtained for a blood draw. He was transported to the hospital where his blood was drawn. He was later booked at the SF ADC. The blood draw results are pending.

Arrested- Gonzalo Morales (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for speeding and suspended registration. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .14 / .14 BRAC. He was later booked into the SF ADC.
Case #2026002032, 2033/ Warrant Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance/ 4/12/26

Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Location- US 84/285 / Camino Las Joyas
Arrested- Lucas Naranjo (45 year old male/ Espanola)
Lucas was contacted by deputies on a traffic stop and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant, and later found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine. He was transported and booked at the SF ADC, and the narcotics were submitted into evidence to later be tested.
