Deputies were patrolling the area and ran the license plate of Ms. Vigil's vehicle. It was learned that Ms. Vigil had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. A traffic stop was conducted and Ms. Vigil was arrested for the warrant. She was booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. They stopped the suspect for suspended registration and insurance. It was subsequently learned that Mr. Jaramillo's license was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies reposnded to a vehicle parked on the side of the road and was partially still in the roadway. Driver was reported to be asleep behind the wheel. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of imapairment and was placed under arrest. Driver provided two breath samples which were 0.08-0.09. driver was booked into SF ADC.

Deputy respoded to the location for a welfare check and observed a single motor vehicle crash. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. Driver was booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deputy Gallardo Conducted on Mr. Perez's vehicle. After making contact with Mr. Perez it was learned that his privilege to drive had been revoked due to a previous DWI. Mr. Perez was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #2026004686/Possession of a Legal Substance/Driving while License Revoked/Reckless Driving

Suspect:Victor Armendariz 41 YOM
On September 5, 2026 Deputy V. Baca was patrolling NM 14 when a vehicle bearing license plate, RWZ544, passed her at a high rate of speed. Deputy Baca initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled over at Cerrillos and I-25. After making contact with the driver, Victor Armendariz, Deputy Baca ran his information through NCIC and found he had a revoked license pursuant to 66-8-122G. Victor was arrested. Pursuant to the arrest, he was searched. Deputy Baca pulled a clear baggie from his left side pocket. The baggie had a rocky white substance. Deputy Baca tested the substance and it was presumptive positive for Cocaine. Victor was transported to Santa Fe ADC and booked into jail without incident.

Subject: Jeremiah E. Lovato 18 YOM
On 9/4/2026 Deputies made contact with Jeremiah and was discovered to have an active Santa Fe Magistrate Court warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear/Original charges careless driving. Jeremiah was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked into jail without further incident.

While patrolling the area of the Casa Rufina apartments Deputies made contact with the subject, who was known to have an active bench warrant. The warrant was confirmed for failure to appear, and the subject was taken into custody. The subject was booked at SFADC, without incident.

Deputies responded after recieving a call from a daughter reporting that her father passed away. An investigation was conducted. No signs of foul play were present and it appears the male had died from natural causes.
