Arrested- Juan Arellano (21 year old male/ Alcalde)
On the above date at approximately 9PM, Pojoaque Police Department requested the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office assistance on a traffic stop. Upon further investigation it was learned the above individual was a non-Native male and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. The above individual showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for the above charges. Subject agreed to a breath test and provided two breath samples resulting in a BrAC of 0.08g/210L and 0.07g/210L. He was later booke at the SF ADC.
Case #2026003001/ Warrant Arrest/ 6/4/26

Location- 1800 block of NM 76
Arrested- Jacqueline Dijanni (44 year old female/Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted a group of people who appeared to be arguing in a parking lot. Jacqueline was found to have an outstanding felony warrant and she was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Red Thorn Pl (Rancho Viejo)
Arrested- Kimberly Weiling (56 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle crash in a residential neighborhood. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and she was arrested. She was transported to the SFSO where she provided breath samples of .11/ .11 BRAC. She was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case#2026002987 / Unattended Death / 6-3-26

Location: Cougar Canyon
Deceased: 89 YOM
Deputies responded to the location in reference to an Assistance Ambulance call for service. Upon arrival contact was made with EMS personnel, who advised life-saving procedures were not administered after noticing obvious signs of death. Deputies investigated and determined foul play was not suspected. The Office of the Medical Investigator was requested to the scene and the decent was transported by a local funeral home.

Arrested- Aiden Schelton (23 year old male/ Santa Fe)
On Tuesday June 2, 2026 Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival Deputies located the defendant who was ejected from the vehicle during the crash. The vehicle was located in a ditch and had rolled multiple times. The defendant admitted to driving the vehicle and aslo admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. Defendant was transported to hospital due to injuries. Deputies conducted a follow-up investigtion at the hospital, signs of impairment were observed. While at the hospital the Defendant agreed to take a blood-draw. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Samantha Ellis (36 YO), Warrant for Battery Against HHM
Arrested: Dylan Jarvis (35 YO), Warrant for FTA on Traffic Violations
Deputy conducted a traffic stop. Both occupants of the vehicle were found to have warrants, and taken to the detention center.

A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation at the listed location. During the stop, it was determined that the driver’s license had been revoked due to a prior DWI. The subject was transported to Santa Fe ADC and booked without incident

Los Alamos PD was out with an individual who they found to have a warrant. Deputy arrived on scene and arrested the individual on the active warrant.

La Puebla Area, Espanola
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Deputies made contact with the listed subject who was sitting in the driver's seat. Suspect showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alchol prior to driving. Suspect refused chemical testing and was taken into custody and booked.
Case# 2026002944/Unattended death

Deceased: Mary Luenken, 81 YOF
On today's date, Deputy responded to Western Road in Stanley, NM in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival it appered to be an obvious unattended death of an 81-year-old female. The live-in care taker advised Ms. Luenken had health issues and never went to the doctor. Office of Medical Investigators arrived on-scene there were no signs of foul play it appears it was a natural death.
