Subject:Jose Gonzales 23 YOM

On 8/16/26 Deputies responded to the above mentioned location for a domestic disturbance.  Contact was made with defendant during the call, Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center confirmed Subject had an active warrant for his arrest.  Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center and booked into the jail, without further incident.  Original Charges: disorderly conduct and resisting, evading, or obstructing and officer.

Arrested: Dale Smith (72 YO)

Deputies were called to the area for disorderly conduct. Contact was made with the parties, and one had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on an assault charge. Suspect was taken to the detention facility and booked on the warrant.

Arrested: Jhonatan River Valle (28 YO)

Deputies responded to the above-listed location in reference to an single vehicle crash. The driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment.The driver agreed to provide a breath sample and results were 0.18 & 0.17. An open container of alcohol was located inside the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked at Santa Fe ADC.

Location: Interstate 25 Mile Marker 274

Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports of a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who stated he broke down on the shoulder of the roadway due to car trouble. The victim stated he left his vehicle unattended and later returned to discover his vehicle was broken into. The victim report stolen from inside his vehicle was a 9mm Highpoint C9 Pistol, the case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the location after receiving reports of a burglary of a motor vehicle. Contact was made with the subject during an active investigation; it was discovered the subject had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and transported to SFADC, where he was booked accordingly.


Case #2026004266/Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Maintain LN.

Suspect: Angelo Allred 35 YOM

On August 16, 2026, deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in downtown Santa Fe when they conducted a traffic stop on the above-listed suspect for failure to maintain its lane of travel. Deputies made contact with the above-listed suspect, who agreed to participate in standardized field sobriety testing. During the testing, deputies observed signs of impairment.  The suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and agreed to provide a breath sample. The breath test results were 0.24, 0.26, and 0.25. The suspect was subsequently arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center, where he was booked accordingly without incident. 


Case #2026004262 // Aggravated DUI, Driving While License Revoked, Failure to Maintain Lane - 8/15/2026

Location: Valle Vista Blvd. 

Arrested: Ivan Martinez (61 YO) 

Deputies responded to a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for a reckless driver who was possibly driving under the influence. Deputies made contact with the above-listed suspect. The suspect agreed to participate in standardized field sobriety tests, during which signs of impairment were observed. The male was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and refused to provide a breath sample. The male consented to having his blood drawn and was transported to Presbyterian Hospital, where the blood draw was conducted. After the blood draw, he was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center, where he was booked accordingly.

Subject was contacted due to having an active arrest warrant. Warrant was for FTA on prohibited activities while driving. Subject was taken to the detention facility and booked on the warrant. 


Case# 2026004260 / Driving While License Revoked 122G, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property / 8-15-26

Location: Camino Capilla Vieja 

Arrested: Louis Macias 60 YOM

Deputy Cullison Conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle after noticing a traffic infraction. Contact was made with the rider of the motorcycle, who had a revoked driver’s license. During the course of the traffic stop it was discovered the license plate was reported as stolen from another motorcycle. During the time of the arrest the subject was found in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was taken into custody and booked at SFADC, without incident.
