Location: Rodeo Park Dr.

Deputies conducted a close patrol on the old N.C.R.G building due to reproted beak-ins and heavy foot traffic on the property. While deputies were conducting a perimeter check, damage to the buildings windows, and an irrigation electrical box were obsereved.

Arrested: Cordova, Richard P (45 Y.O.M.)

An open court warrant was issued for the suspect. Deputies made contact with him at his residence and arrested him on the warrant.

Location: Buffalo Thunder

Victim: 56 Y.O.F.

Arrested: Wiggins, Brian Edward (54 Y.O.M.)

Deputies responded to the Buffalo Thunder Casino in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival they learned the suspect had caused the victim, a non household member, to be in fear of an immediate battery. The suspect was also seen to be engaged in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct which tended todisturb the peace. When told to leave Pojoaque Police Officers were forced to escort him. He resisted the Officers efforts and was subsequently detained where he continued to resist. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. 


Case #2026003907 // Unattended Death - 7/26/2026

Deputy Assigned: A. Gallardo

Commander Entering: Sgt. A. Hancock 

Location: Indian View Road

Deceased: 54 YOF

Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a female who was possibly having a stroke or heart attack and became unconscious. Live saving measures were performed, however they were unsuccessful. There were no signs of foul play, and next of kin was on scene. 


SFSO Case # 2026003903/ Arrest / Driving while Driver’s License is revoked

Deputy Assigned: A. Gallardo 

Commander Entering: Cpl. A. Pool

Location: Airport rd./ Paseo Del Sol West

Arrested: Chavez, Manuel Isaiah (29 Y.O.M.)

Deputies were on routine patrol in the area. They observed a black Chrysler 200. Upon an MVD records check, they learned the registered owner's driver's license was revoked due to a previous DWI. The vehicle was stopped and the registered owner was found to be driving the vehicle. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Jose Alfredo Treto (51 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Agua Fria/ San Ysidro Crossing

Jose was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Manuel Hernandez-Eligio (38 year old male/ Espanola)

Location- Agua Fria/ Rancho De Chavez

Deputies contacted Manuel on a traffic stop and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested-Alejandro Valdez 23yom (Santa Fe,NM)

Agua Fria Rd

Deputies responded to location for a domestic. It was learned that suspect battered victim. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into SF ADC with out incident. 


Case #2026003874 // Fraud - 7/24/2026

Deputy Assigned: E. Barnes

Commander Entering: Sgt. A. Hancock 

Suspect: Gayle Ortega (38 YO)

The victims reported that the above-listed suspect made multiple phone calls to their bank while impersonating the victims in an attempt to transfer funds into the suspect's personal account. The victims also discovered that the suspect had forged one of the victims' signatures on a check, which was made payable to and endorsed by the suspect. The suspect fled the scene prior to deputies' arrival. A criminal summons was issued for the suspect..


Case #2026003876 // Driving While License Revoked - 7/24/2026

Deputy Assigned: N. Apodaca

Commander Entering: Sgt. A. Hancock 

Location: US 84/285

Arrested: Jesus Trevizo (71 YO) 

While on patrol, deputies conducted an inquiry through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and determined that the above-listed vehicle's insurance status was suspended. Deputies identified the driver as the above-listed suspect and further discovered that the suspect's driver's license was revoked due to a prior Driving While Under the Influence (DWI) conviction. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.
