Arrested: Derek Vigil

On above date, BIA conducted a traffic stop at the above location with a non-native male for speeding. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Open containers were on the passenger floorboard of the vehicle. The Suspect was arrested and booked at Santa Fe ADC accordingly and without further incident.

Suspect: Jason Jaramillo

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at the above location . Upon arrival, deputies contacted the victim who cadvised she had been battered by the uspect. The suspect had departed the area and will summoned to court.

Location: Agora Market

Arrested: Galen Bran 46 YOM

Deputies were advised of a suspected intoxicated driver in the area of the Agora Market in the Eldorado community. The subject was located a short time later and after an initial investigation was arrested for DWI.  Subject was booked into jail accordingly without further incident.

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Agua Fria/ Angels Way

Arrested- Estevan Sandoval (20 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle crash on Agua Fria and Angels Way. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .08 BRAC. He was later booked into the SF ADC.

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- St. Michaels / St. Francis

Arrested- Jessica Valdez (47 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Jessica was stopped for a traffic violation. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007559/ Driving while license revoked/ 12/31/25

Assigned- Deputy B. Wilson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)

Arrested- Robert Martinez (36 year old male/ Abiquiu)

Robert was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007558/ Warrant Arrest/ 12/31/25

Assigned- Deputy J. Watson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Harrison/ Rufina

Arrested- Michael Gutierrez (36 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies observed Michael Gutierrez sitting in his vehicle and recognized him from previous interactions. Deputies also knew he had an outstanding warrant. Michael was contacted and arrested on the warrant. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Camino Carlos Rey/ Camino Principe

Arrested- Sarah Sanchez (32 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Sarah was contacted while on a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007555/ Aggravated Battery on a Household Member/ 12/30/25

Assigned- Deputy A. Gallardo

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Calle De Bonita/ Paseo Nopal

Arrested- Lilith Romero (21 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to both parties and learned that Ms. Romero had battered the victim with a metal water bottle. Ms. Romero was arrested and later booked on the charge. 

Case# 2025007545 / Felon in Possession of a Firearm / 12-30-25

Assigned: M. Sanchez 

Entering: Cpl. Hernandez 

Location: Montoya Road, Edgewood 

Arrested: Fidel Montoya 74 YOM 

The subject was found in possession of a firearm during a home visit from Probation and Patrol. The subject was ultimately taken into custody and booked at SFADC.
