Location: NM 592 and SF County Road 74, Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Angel Dominguez Torres, 30 YOM

Additional Charges: Driving while license is revoked (dwi related)

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Police Department with a traffic stop. Upon arrival, deputies learned the driver was non-native and his license was revoked, with the arrest clause. Deputies also observed signs of impairment during SFSTs. The driver was placed under arrest for the above charges. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly.

Location: Abajo Drive, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) accessed the victim’s bank account and took several thousand dollars. This case remains under investigation.  


Case #2025006505 Aggravated DWI

Location: Forest Lane, Santa Fe

Arrested: Jasinto Montoya, 26 YOA male, Las Cruces

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a welfare check. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a male inside of a vehicle. Deputies observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.


Case #2025006484 DWI 11-4-25

Location: Hernandez Dr/ Herrera Dr (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Rigoberto Ordonez-Mejia 24 yoa male

While on patrol at about 4:00 a.m., Deputy observed a white Dodge car strike a curb and cause its tire to go flat. Upon stopping to check on the driver, he smelled heavily of an alcoholic beverage. The subject showed several signs of impairment during SFSTs and was arrested. He submitted to a breath test and provided samples of.15 & .16. He was booked into SFADC without incident. 


Case#2025006482 Warrant Arrest 11-4-25

Location: 444 Riverside Drive, Espanola 

Arrested: Tracy Martinez 52 yoa female (Espanola)

Subject was recognized by the Deputy as he patrolled the area. She was ran through NCIC and found to have an active arrest warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear on traffic offenses. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. 


Case#2025006478 Warrant Service x3, concealiing ID 11-03-25

Location: Calle De Oriente Norte (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Kelly Castellano (Santa Fe) 45 yoa female & Garland Benton Jr. (Santa Fe)

The subjects were located during a traffic stop for a vehicle displaying a fake license plate. During the stop, Mr. Benton concealed his identity. After investigation, he was found to be wanted out of Sandoval County for failing to appear on Robbery charges. Ms. Castellano was also identified and found to have two active warrants for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate court in reference to Agg. Battery charges and Traffic Charges. Both were taken to SFADC and booked without incident. 


Case #2025006476 // Aggravated DUI - 11/3/2025

Location: Hyde Park 

Arrested: Nancy Lovato (26 YO)

Deputies were called to the area in attempt to search for an individual callling with possible suicidal ideations. The female was located, and admitted to drinking and driving. Field sobriety tests were performed and the individual showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested, and agreed to chemical testing then blew 0.16.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to expired registration. Contact was made with the driver who did not have a license, and advised it was revoked due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested.

Victim satted they received a call from their bank. An unknown individual attempted to cash a fraudulent check with victim's information. Case is under investigation. 


Case #2025006472 // Battery and Criminal Damage Against a Household Member - 11/3/2025

Location: Mimosa Ct. 

Arrested: Wilbur Johnson (28 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance call. Contact was made with the parties and it was discovered during an argument, the suspect pushed his father, and damaged several items throughout the residence. Suspect was arrested and taken to the detention center.
