Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for passing in a no passing zone. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. He consented to chemical testing and blew 0.08/0.09. He was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence for a 2yo child found in the roadway with no shoes or pants on. Deputies arrived on scene and found a total of 4 children, ages 2 to 9, alone at a residence. Deputies went inside the home and found it to be extremely smokey due to the stove and oven being on, and food being cooked with no adult supervision. Children were evaluated by medics and found to be ok. The mother was arrested.

Arrested: Ra'Sean Spearman 25 yoa male Santa Fe
The subject was observed traveling at 60 MPH east on Agua Fria in the wrong lane of travel. Deputies observed a vehicle have to swerve into opposite lanes to avoid a head-on collision with the suspect's vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was heavily intoxicated. SFSTs revealed signs of impairment, and the suspect was subsequently arrested. He submitted to a breath test, which revealed a .19.17 BrAC. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: James Towles (72 YO)
Deputies went to a residence due to the male having an active arrest warrant for possession of visual medium of sexual exploitation (child under 13). Male was located and taken to the detention facility on the warrant.

Arrested: Carlos Franco Perez (32 YO)
A traffic stop was conducted on an individual who was unable to maintain his driving lane, and driving into the median. A DUI investigation took place and the driver showed signs of impairment. He agreed to chemical testing and blew 0.19/0.20. Male was booked at the detention facility.

Arrested: William Pollock (36 YOM)
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance. It was discovered Mr. Pollock made threats, threw an empty 5-gallon bottle container at the victim, and subseuquently shoved her to the ground. He was placed under arrest and booked in the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested- Jesus Treviso Aguirre (41 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Airport Rd/ Constellation Dr
A vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane on Airport Rd, and a traffic stop was attempted. The vehicle fled and a BOLO was put out to surrounding agencies. A short time later a SFPD officer located the vehicle in the driveway of a residence, and the driver was still inside the vehicle. He displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit a breath sample and was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested (re-rooked)- Donovain Lawrence (23 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Arrested (re-rooked)- Brandon Nieto (29 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Three males who were incarcerated at ADC ganged up and beat up another inmate. Deputy Wilson was dispatched to take the report. After viewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses, the three inmates were re-booked on the charge of misdemeanor aggravated battery.

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)
Deputies contacted Jose during a traffic stop, and Jose was found to have a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at the SFC ADC.

Leticia was contacted by deputies during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SFC ADC.
