Deputies responded to the location in reference to an ambulance assist call for service. Upon arrival lifesaving procures were conducted by EMS and Deputies. The lifesaving procedures were unsuccessful and the Office of the Medical Investigator was notified, no foul play is suspected.


Case #2025002402/ Unattended Death/ 4/25/2025

Assigned- Deputy B. Wilson

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Tres Hermanas Rd

Deceased- 50 year old male/ Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. EMS attempted to revive the decedent but were unable to. No obvious signs of foul play were observed and the decedent had recently had an invasive surgery. OMI investigator believed the death to be due to the decedent's recent medical history. No further information is available at this time.


Case 2025002401/ DUI, Tail lamps required/ 4-26-25

Assigned: Deputy R. Blea

Entering: Cpl. Talamante

Location: N River Dr./ NM 76, Espanola, NM

Arrested: Ryan Salazar, 50 YOM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle and contacted the driver. Deputies learned his driving privileges were revoked due to a DUI-related incident. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe ADC. 


Case #2025002401 / Driving While License Revoked/ 4/25/25

Arrested- Ryan Salazar (50 year old male/ Velarde)

Location- N Riverside Dr/ NM 76

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. It was discovered that the driver had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked at ADC.


Case #2025002399 Driving while license revoked, No insurance, Expired registration

Location: Mile Marker 288 US 285, Santa Fe

Arrested: Bradford Bogle, 48 YOA male, Lamy

Deputies observed a vehicle with expired registration. Deputies stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.


Case #2025002396 Fraud, Identity Theft

Location: Eldorado Circle, Santa Fe

Suspect: Unknown

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) attempted to get the victim to transfer $30,000 then $80,000 to a bank in Kansas pretending to be representatives of Amazon. The victim also advised unknown suspect(s) attempted to use a replacement credit card obtained by the victim, but the transaction did not go through. The victim advised they believed the suspects stole their identity and credit card information.

Victim: 60 YOF

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to ID theft.  An unidentified individual used the victim's personal information to open a new bank account.  The suspect also used the victim's information while obtaining treatment at a medical facility, creating an outstanding balance of approximately $3,600.00.


Case 2025002374/ DUI, Careless driving, Negligent use of a deadly weapon /4-24-25

Location: Agua Fria St/ Lopez Ln, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Austin Peterson, 25 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a motor vehicle crash. The subject, who was driving a purple Mustang, had run a stop sign and T-boned another vehicle. The subject's vehicle had also matched the description of a vehicle involved in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon during a road rage incident. The subject showed signs of impairment upon contact and during the SFSTs. The subject was arrested and submitted to a breath test, resulting in .13/.13. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Santa Fe County dispatch received a call about a reckless driver in a purple Mustang with two male occupants. The caller said the car was speeding, littering, and forcing other drivers off the road near North Highway 14 and Firehouse Lane. The vehicle later turned around near the Allsup’s store. One witness reported the passenger pointed a shotgun at a motorcyclist. Vehicle was locaed and the suspect was placed under arrest
