Decedent: 45 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding an overdose of a male who was not conscious, not breathing, and  CPR was in progress. Medics arrived on the scene and performed lifesaving measures, but were unsuccessful. There were no signs of foul play, and OMI was contacted.

Location: Agua Fria Street / San Ysidro Crossing  Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Julian Colorado de Jesus     Age: 53    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were patrolling the area of Agua Fria near San Ysidro Crossing when they observed a vehicle come to an abrupt stop, skidding through the intersection. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. The driver was arrested and he submitted to chemical testing. The results were .17, .16. The driver was booked into the jail.

Suspect: Unknown

Victim reported they lost access to their online banking accounts after a suspicious call from a "fraud department" on the evening of 6/6/25. Victim advised a total of $14,471.66 was taken out of his accounts. Investigation is ongoing.  

Case #2025003370/ Aggravated DUI/ Aggravated Fleeing/ Careless Driving/ 6/7/25

Arrested- Melanie Lopez (34 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Location- Interstate 25

Deputies initiated a pursuit on a vehicle that was driving with no lights on and swerving all over the roadway. The vehicle's tires were deflated during the pursuit and the driver eventually stopped. She was arrested for DUI and appeared to be under the influence of something other than alcohol. She refused to provide a blood sample and was booked at ADC.

Arrested- Francisco Chavez Mejia (32 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Rufina St

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for an infraction. During contact with the driver it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant. The driver was arrested on the warrant and booked at ADC.

Case #2025003365 // Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - 6/6/2025

Location: Dinosaur Trail 

STOLEN: 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, silver in color, NM Registration 420WXP

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle is described to ve a silver Chevy Silverado with black rims and tinted windows, valued at $20,000. Case is under investigation.

Arrested- Raeann Watchman (54 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Deputies contacted Ms. Watchman while on a call for service. She was found to have an outstanding warrant that she was arrested on. She was later booked at ADC.

Arrested- Emilio Montoya (39 year old male/ Espanola)

Location- El Llano Rd

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a driving infraction. Upon contacing the occupants it was discovered that one of them had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked at ADC.

Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)

Deputies contacted Ms. Lopez on a call for service and she was found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested on the warrant and booked at ADC.

Location- Carson Valley Way

Arrested- Deven Roybal (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Sgt. Webb contacted Deven while on a call for service. During the contact, Sgt. Webb learned that Deven had an active arrest warrant. Deven was arrested on the warrant and was booked at ADC.
