Location: 27600 Interstate 25, Santa Fe, NM

Damaged: Front bumper of a Tesla

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, deputies contacted a victim who advised an unknown person threw a bottle of wine outside of their vehicle. The bottle broke in front of the Tesla, and the glass caused over $1,000 in damage to the bumper. The vehicle being driven by the suspect was a red Chevrolet pickup truck with tinted windows, and no visible license plate. This case remains under investigation.


Case #2025005634/Robbery/09-24-2025

Location: Camino Valle, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Cosmetics, Houshold goods, Consumables ($600)

Suspects: Driver was described as a slender Caucasian male, late 30s, wearing a light blue baseball cap. Female was described as being in her mid 30s, and was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, black shoes and had long dark hair. 

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, deputies learned aroudn 1:30 pm, the above female left the establishment with over $600 worth of merchandise. An employee interrupted the theft and a brief struggle over some of the items ensued. The suspects later fled the location in a blue/grey Mazda CX50. This case remains under investigation.


Case #2025005635/Auto Burglary/09-24-2025

Location: 600 Block of NM 475, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Credit Cards, leather backpack, NM driver's license, leather backpack

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised unknown persons gained unlawful access to their vehicle by damaging a window. This occurred between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on September 24, 2025. Once in the vehicle, suspect(s) stole the above mentioned items. Unknown suspect(s) also used the victim's credit card as several establishments in Santa Fe. This case remains under investigation.


2025005623/ Robbery

Loaction: Allsups on State Road 14

On September 24, 2025, at approximately 1:38AM, the victim reported an unknown male robbed him at gun point. Taken was the victim's wallet and cell phone. The suspect was discribed as light complected Hispanic male about 5'9-5"11. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie style pull over, black pants and white shoes. Suspect was also wearing a black mask. This case is currently under investigation. 


2025005622/ DWI, Careless driving and open container

Depuy assigned: K. Blakely

Commander entering: Lt. R. Garcia 

Arrested: M. Lopez-Alvarez age 19

Location: West Alameda and St. James Crest

Deputies was dispacthed to the area around midnight in reference to a MVA. Upon arrival contact was made with the driver. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. He provided a breath sample and had a BrAC of over the legal limit. He was booked accordingly. 


Case #2025005618/Possession of a Controlled Substance/09-23-2025

Location: 28 Camino Justicia

Arrested: Perry Archuleta, 53 YOM

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with suspected narcotics. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the above suspect was found in possession of suspected methampethamine and Xanax. He was subsequently booked back into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


Case #2025005619 Driving while license revoked

Location: US 84/285 Mile Marker 175, Santa Fe

Arrested: Jaivon Mace, 28 YOA male, Los Lunas

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. The driver, who was a non-tribal member, was found to have a revoked driver’s license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: US 84/285 Mile Marker 175, Santa Fe

Arrested: Juliana Santistevan, 53 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. The driver, who was a non-tribal member, was found to have a revoked driver’s license due to a previous DWI, and did not have an interlock license. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  


Case #2025005604/5606/ Driving While License Revoked, Probation Violation/ 9/23/25

Assigned- Deputy O. Przyojski

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Jeanette Martinez (49 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Location- Calle Lorca/ St. Michaels

Deputies contacted Jeanette during a traffic stop. She was found to be driving on a revoked license due to a previous DUI. It was also discovered she was on probation, which the new arrest was violating her probation conditions. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC on the new charge and probation violation.


Case #2025005603/ Driving While License Revoked/ 9/23/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Arrested- Manuel Dominguez (51 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Location- Brownie Ln (Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a campground on Old Las Vegas Hwy in reference to a male who was trespassing. The male, later identified as Manuel Dominguez, was seen leaving as a deputy arrived on scene. A traffic stop was conducted and Manuel was found to have a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
